Trouble Entering Contact Information
When creating a new job and attempting to add a contact (or just by trying to add a contact without a job) all information is wiped after pressing "enter" and the page reloads with this error message:
"Please enter or choose a status."
I cannot select a status - there is no dropdown menu and it remains blank. Is this normal? Must a status be set up and chosen for every contact?

Sorry for the trouble you're experiencing. We haven't been able to duplicate this issue. Can you let me know what browser version and operating system you're using?
