  3. API File Return option

    I would like to see more options with the API and files. specifically I'd like to be able to determin if a file exists with an id (already doable but only provides a boolean) and then attach that file to an email if it exists.

  7. Send Payment Receipt

    Would like to be able to send a receipt through Payments under the Financials tab (clicking the three dots only allows for Edit or Delete)

  8. Clicking on address would take you to map on desktop

    It would be great if you could click on the address and it would take you to a map on the desktop like it does in the app.

  10. Insurance Estimate Totals

    Ability to override the section totals, as well as the entire total of the estimate. If we are completing insurance work, it’s tedious to breakout labor and material, to the point it isn’t worth it. Having the ability to force the total to the RCV from the insurance estimate would streamline the entire process from insurance estimate to orders to invoice.

  15. Syncing issue with Quickbooks Online (QBO) when books are closed

    Don't allow changes to be made to invoices and payments on Jobnimbus when the books for those items are closed in QBO. As it stands, I can change an invoice on JN but it won't sync to QBO if the books involving that invoice are closed. If you try to make changes to a reconciled invoice in QBO, an error message pops up. The same needs to happen in Jobnimbus.

  17. Prequalify Icon For Sunlight Financial

    Currently we have and Icon to click when sending a customer the Application for Financing. Problem is, there isn't one for prequalifying a customer. This would make the process just as smooth as sending the credit application, because it would autofill all the customers contact info.

  20. ACH Payment sync with QuickBooks Online

    ACH payments processed in QuickBooks Online will NOT sync with JobNimbus because JN doesn't have an "ACH" option in Pay Methods. The error is "QuickBooks Payment method is not linked in JobNimbus."

    Credit card payments sync just fine (from QBO). The headache this is causing is enormous!
    With all of the payment methods already listed, how difficult could it be to add one more? If there is a work around for this, I would love to hear it. Manually posting the payment in JN only works if it pays the invoice off in full, otherwise the payment posted in JN…
