For the reply all function to pull in all the recipients listed on the email not just the primary contact.

Keep Insert Template Field open when clicked
If the Insert Template Field menu would stay open when clicked and close either by clicking the button again, making a selection, or clicking outside of the menu. If the menu would scroll independently so all items can be shown in a smaller space should help with the menus containing a large list.

Automated email attachments
I would like automated emails to have the ability to include attachments from the job file. For example, I use about 6 different purchase orders at different stages of each job. If I uploaded each purchase order as it's own "attachment category" then it would be nice to have an automated email sent at different stages and automatically include the job specific purchase order that is uploaded to it's own unique attachment category.

When scheduling a sub, it should not be an automatic email.
When you assign a sub to a job, they get an email but sometimes it could be useful to be able to add notes to the body of an email.

Scheduled Emails
It would be beneficial to have the ability to schedule emails to be sent on a specific date without having to create an automation. This is because the information within the email is not standardized or a template. Having the option to select which date to send the email would solve this issue for us.

The email received and the reply is on the same line instead of being separate for a line or other. It's really complicated for recipient and sender to follow the thread. I

Ability to add Subcontractors to Text Automations
Can "Subcontractors" can be added to the list of people that we can send a text message to in Engage? I was trying to create an automation that sends our Subcontractor a text message, but they are not an option to select. Currently there's only Assignee, Sales Rep, Customer, or a specific team member.

Preview Attachment details before sending of email
When I send an email through the Activity main page and add an attachment, I would like to click on the attachment to verify the details. This would be very beneficial and provide some peace of mind.

Change the time when Email Reminders get sent out
Every morning we get an email reminder about our JN tasks. We get this email at 4am every day. There should be a way to change this time to at least 7am.

Text and Call communication
Would help to have the app and your contacts on your phone integrated so if you received a call or a text from a homeowner and they were in JobNimbus as a contact, it would record that in activity. Also you can only see the first initial text that you send and not the whole correspondence. That would be helpful for the office staff to see all of the communication.

Email Activity
I think any email coming in or out needs to show up in the activity feed. Currently, there is no notification in the activity feed when I send out a material order. The notification for a signed document seems to be hit or miss as well.

Email - forwarding and replying
Please display the associated emails within the contact when replying or forwarding an email. Currently, you have to type every email address in ...instead of the drop down box displaying with the contact and company email addresses.

When using email templates do not have them delete the existing text written.
When responding to an email, we will select under “Insert Template” our individual template that will insert our Signature. When we do this, it deletes the subject line. If we have already typed something in the body and then go to insert our signature, it will delete the entire body that we typed up.
