  1. Downloadable Forms

    Can you make forms downloadable? We have some clients that require us to upload photos into their portal and they will only allow to upload one at a time. If we could upload our pictures/inspection form instead of individual photos this would save a ton of time. Thanks!

  2. receipts

    To have a receipts option under documents downloads that would give you a box to put the cost of the receipt in. This could auto total on the financial page. It would help keep track of job costs. This could theoretically integrate into a post job budget check.

  3. Select option for photos and documents

    At photo upload or document section, please add a small check box on the left side photo or document, so i can have an option to select all the box and delete all at one time only, no need to click delete one photo each time please.

  4. Advanced Forms Options

    Some more options with forms would be very nice. I'd like to be able to share a link to forms that I can send my contacts so they can fill the form out. I'd also like to be able to print or download forms, both empty ones and submitted ones. There should also be some option to edit or update a form once it's been filled out.

  5. form data integrates into job fields

    We would like it if data that is entered into forms can automatically prefill data in custom job fields that match. For example, we inspect our roofs after completion and score the crews with a 1-5 rating. At this time, someone needs to fill out the form then manually transfer the data into the job fields.

  6. Editing Batch Photos

    So I've noticed on some devices through the app, when I choose category "Photo" It will upload them as "Inspection Photos" which can be frustrating, when SumoQuote doesn't read unless it says "Photo". So when I got to reasign or edit the photos, I have to do it individually versus edit batch photos. How nice would it be to edit batch photos, and re-categorize them. Anyways, that would be awesome. Thank you.

  7. Square calculator

    Create a form or excel/google sheet file that can be added to a job to help calculate squares/materials when measurements were done by hand. Currently doing this in google sheets then having to add into to JN

  8. Separate Permission for Photos and Documents not together

    Under access profiles the permissions for "photos" and "documents" are the same. If these could be separated out that would be a huge help to us. We have many technicians that need the ability to upload and access photos into the app but do not need access to documents. Even though we can lock the technician out of estimates and invoices the documents category could have sensitive info in a lien waiver or other documents that a field/technician should not have access to.

  9. Checking off items on a Work Order

    People who are assigned to a Work Order should be able to check line items off as they are completed. Admins can then see at a glance what has been completed and what still needs to be finished.

  10. Signatures on WORK ORDERS

    Just like on estimates and documents, WORK ORDERS need to have a native way of adding signatures. We've had a number of subcontractors argue payments with us because they didn't sign for anything. If we send a work order to a sub to accept, we want them to sign for it as a means of accepting the scope of work and payment terms.

  11. Attach Pictures And Documents to Estimates/Invoices

    Not only should we be able attach Pictures AND Pdfs that are multiple pages, but also please make it to where they can be attached to the estimate or invoice as a whole vs. to a single line item. (Similar to "Add Item/ Add Section", but Add Attachment).
    The way it is right now, our salesmen have to send the estimate and/or invoice then a Separate email that includes the pictures and documents needed for the homeowners to have Legible, Large Format documents to submit to their HOA or insurance company. It adds steps that are supposed to be simplified…

  12. Ability to Hide Documents or Photos That Are Not Relevant

    Estimate & Invoice Example -- If we send out 3 estimates/invoices for one job and they only sign one, all estimates show in the documents tab without indication of which one is the signed version. Currently, the only way to determine the valid estimate or invoice is to go back to the financials tab and find the Fully Signed estimate number, then go back to the documents tab and match that to the number in the documents tab.   14. Convert Photos to Documents

    It would be nice if I could save photos as a document, or somehow get photos to show up on the documents tab, for example if I take a photo of each page of an insurance agreement, I want that to show up in documents.

  15. Virtual photo release form

    A simple photo release form we could send via Jobnumbus for a virtual signature. This would eliminate the need for printing off a paper copy and the hassle of getting sales reps to upload these documents to jobnimbus.

  16. Improve picture Quality/Size

    We are solar installers as well as roofers. We are a VERY big market that JN could capitalize on. The picture quality from the compression of JN makes many of the pictures illegible and therefore useless. In solar, we need pictures where small labels on breakers, wire etc. must be readable. Very frustrating to be required to go back to a job and tell your techs "NOT" to use JN for photos. We're forced to go back to using WhatsApp to move full-size picture files around.

  17. The ability to organize company documents into subsections

    We have so many company documents and every time we are looking for a specific document we have to scroll through and try to interpret the file name as to which document it is. It would be nice if we could save and moved these company documents into subfiles we can edit. For example I can have a subfile for state building codes, the various manufactures installation and technical bulletins such as CT, OC, GAF, Iko, Elk, Celotex Malarky and Atlas ect. Inside those subfiles we can apply others in forms either by file type like brochures, tech bulletins, installation…

  18. PHONE NUMBER OF PRIMARY CONTACT IN JOB

    Having to click on the primary contact just to see a phone number is problematic when people forget to go back to the job to add notes or documents believing they are still in the job.

    It is also one extra step that needs to be done.

  20. Live Documents

    We have supplements to send to insurance, and often those are figured out on the job and on the fly. It would be better to have a simple document that could be opened, typed in, saved, and closed....and then opened again later in the day to do it again until the job is complete. It would be more akin to a Google Drive document.
