  2. Attach Pictures And Documents to Estimates/Invoices

    Not only should we be able attach Pictures AND Pdfs that are multiple pages, but also please make it to where they can be attached to the estimate or invoice as a whole vs. to a single line item. (Similar to "Add Item/ Add Section", but Add Attachment).
    The way it is right now, our salesmen have to send the estimate and/or invoice then a Separate email that includes the pictures and documents needed for the homeowners to have Legible, Large Format documents to submit to their HOA or insurance company. It adds steps that are supposed to be simplified…

  3. Indicator on photo comment on mobile phone

    Can I get an indicator(highlight or red dot like Apple notifications) on photo comments showing there is a comment for photo instead of having to click on each comment bubble to see if there is text to read.

  4. Square calculator

    Create a form or excel/google sheet file that can be added to a job to help calculate squares/materials when measurements were done by hand. Currently doing this in google sheets then having to add into to JN

  5. Signatures on WORK ORDERS

    Just like on estimates and documents, WORK ORDERS need to have a native way of adding signatures. We've had a number of subcontractors argue payments with us because they didn't sign for anything. If we send a work order to a sub to accept, we want them to sign for it as a means of accepting the scope of work and payment terms.

  7. Virtual photo release form

    A simple photo release form we could send via Jobnumbus for a virtual signature. This would eliminate the need for printing off a paper copy and the hassle of getting sales reps to upload these documents to jobnimbus.

  8. Ability to delete or hide company documents that are associated with active records.

    Right now you get an error if you try to delete a document if it's been used in an email. We should be able to delete or hide those if they are outdated.

  10. Create a report from forms

    I would like to be able to create a consolidated report from the information gathered on the form when we do a roof inspection. Maybe I would use it with my estimate or attach it to my work order.

  11. Add form to Contact/Job from the web browser version of JobNimbus

    We'd like to be able to add a form to a Contact/Job from the web browser version of JobNimbus so that the form already exists on the said Contact/Job before the sales rep goes onsite to fill it out.

  13. Live Documents

    We have supplements to send to insurance, and often those are figured out on the job and on the fly. It would be better to have a simple document that could be opened, typed in, saved, and closed....and then opened again later in the day to do it again until the job is complete. It would be more akin to a Google Drive document.

    Visibility on different types of documents.

  18. Attach Specific Document Types in email template

    Because you are able to define each document type which is uploaded, I WOULD THINK that you can make an email template that attaches all documents labeled as user defined "Document Type" to an EMAIL TEMPLATE. IF you can add this feature it would make the process 100x easier.

    ie If job status is set to follow up - send email template "follow up" Attach all documents with type as "follow-up documents"

  19. Auto updating pricing on templates

    Automatically update prices in templates after updating prices in "Products and Services" under settings. We use templates a lot for quotes, ordering and estimates. It would be nice that after we update the price in "Product and Services" we can Click a button in the "edit template area" to update all the items that are linked to the "Products and Services" page. We have about 30 template estimates and updating multiple every time a price change happens in almost a full time job for several days.   20. Notifications for When Document is Digitally Signed.

    An option for others besides the signees to be notified when a document is fully signed. There is a similar feature for estimates via an automation, which currently cant be created for documents.
