Move Purple Help Button
It would be better to have the purple ? features icon just above the blue chat icon instead of in the bottom right corner
3 votesWe added a buffer to the bottom of the page to help with this. If it is still a problem, please notify our support team.

Make the website load faster
it's too slow to load
34 votesOur dev team has completed several rounds of optimizations across every area of JobNimbus on the web to improve speed. You should have been seeing noticeable speed improvements over the last several months.
If you continue seeing any places where performance could be improved further, please let us know those specific areas at support@jobnimbus.com!

Stop the Pop Ups About Time-Based Automations
Please stop with the Pop Up/Ad about Time-Based Automations. I have watched the video and created my own. I don't need this reminder every time I post an activity on a customer's profile. It's an awesome new feature and I am very glad to have it, but I really don't like having to close out of those pop ups every time I do add a note, send an email, or log a phone call on a customer profile.

Mobile app and desktop were the same....
When will the mobile app and the desktop be the same?
1 voteHello Vince.
We would love to have all the functionality of the app and desktop combined into one super app. There are some considerations like you don’t need to take pictures from the desktop like you do the mobile, and you don’t need to control all the company settings and integrations on mobile like you do on desktop. We will continue to try to bring them closer together, but it is a long process.
Thanks,

Estimates and Invoices above 20~ lines start getting real sluggish
When Building estimates or invoices the Web UI starts to become extremely sluggish when approaching or exceeding 20 lines or so. The system takes minutes to save and refresh and adding line items can take 10's of seconds for each line added for the estimate to update. It may sound like I'm being impatient but once I reach a critical mass or size of quote exceeds 20 to 30 lins the entire quote becomes a bear to build because of how long it takes to add additional lines. This causes a serious jam in my workflow to the point I…
1 voteHey Justine,
This behavior shouldn’t be happening. This is something that the support team could help you figure out. You can email them at support@jobnimbus.com or call them at (855) 964-6287 and they should be able to help you get this figured out. -
Ability to view changes when new version of JobNimbus is released
One frequently gets a note to reload the browser as a new version is now available. It would be nice to have a link in that message to get a quick summary of new features or fixes (release notes).
1 voteGood news! You can check out these updates and more on our blog by visiting the link below: https://www.jobnimbus.com/blog/category/updates/
We’re working on a way to add more direct announcements into the app, and we’ll have more on that as details are announced.
Thanks for your suggestion and let us know if you have any other ideas to make JobNimbus better!

a Refund option in the financial section.
When a client prepays but was covered under warranty we need to refund customer. We could add the payment from warranty company & payment from the client but don't have a refund option to offset the overage.
2 votesGood news! You can add credit memos to JobNimbus in order to track refunds like these. We have a handy article that will walk you through some of that, which you can find here: https://support.jobnimbus.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001912146-Accepting-payments
If you have further questions, please contact support@jobnimbus.com or call 855-964-6287.
Enjoy!

Be able to upload multiple pictures at the same time!
Its letting me select multiple pictures but will only upload one. Its important for our sale reps and crew to upload photos and it would be greatly appreciated if multiple pictures could upload at the same time.
2 votesThis sounds like a bug! I’ve forwarded your message on to our support team and they should be in touch shortly to help you out!

I wish jobnimbus would stop going down and being so dang slow.
I wish jobnimbus would stop going down and being so dang slow.
1 voteWe’re sorry you’ve been having a bad experience! We haven’t had any reported outages or performance issues recently, so my best guess is the issue is local and can be fixed locally.
I’ve forwarded you over to our support team so they can help troubleshoot the issue and find out what’s going wrong to get it fixed.

Attachments in Work Orders
It would be great if you could add attachments to your work orders.
4 votesWe released an update that allows you to add new or existing attachments to each line item on work orders and other line item-based documents.
Give it a try by using the paper clip icon next to each line item when creating or editing a work order.

Conditional task automation
We have created multiple tasks that trigger when job status are changed - it would be nice if either 1) we could set up recurring tasks based on current triggers - OR 2) we could chose one of our custom tasks as a trigger for a new automated task - this would allow us to quickly automate our task generation for 60 day, 6 month and 1 year follow up 'touches' with our clients without having to manually modify the task each time we complete it (too much opportunity to forget to create a new task-resulting in missed follow ups)
3 votesThis is something you can already do (using option #2). Just create additional automation rules that use the Tasks that are created by the other automation rules as your conditions.
The easiest way to keep this all together is by using Task Types. Make them unique for each, and it’ll be really easy to set up the automation conditions using those.

Status Change Dependencies Between Records

Name and or Description when Attaching Photos
When you attach a picture to a Work Order, Estimate, or Invoice
it would be very helpful to be able to also attach the description and or notes, to that attachment.
I would and i am sure others would use the description added to let
the installers, customers know where that photo is associated. Example ( Back Fireplace Chimney Flashing, Vent above the door, Window flashing Front Left)2 votesFrom the mobile app, you can change the Name, Category, and Description for photos. On the web, you can update the Category and Description (with name coming in the future).
If you ever need to change the name or description, just do so right from the mobile app and you’ll be good to go!

Filter Boards (Manager/Admin)
Would love for Manager/Admin to be able to filter WITHIN the Boards themselves. Similar to Calendar View.
As a manager or admin, when I see the Sales Board on the desktop, I want to filter for a specific sales rep to see their leads/inspections/contracts etc?
1 voteYou can activate filters for the board on the Add/Edit board popup and clicking “+ Add Filter”. This gives you the option to filter by Assigned To, Location, Sales Rep, and Type.
Enjoy!

Saved Line Items Per Templates
I want to save line items per template so I do not have to enter in the same information every time I want to make an estimate.
2 votesYou’re in luck! That’s already a feature built into Estimates, Work Orders, and more.
We suggest you create a ‘dummy’ job to build your saved estimates so you know where they are when you need to edit them and they won’t easily be tampered with by accident.
1. On the dummy job/contact, go to create an estimate like normal.
2. Add your line items for the estimate you’d like to save. Our “Saved Estimates” system will save the item names, descriptions, cost, price, the order they’re in, and the customer and internal notes at the bottom so fill out as much as you would like.
3. Once you’re done, you’ll see there’s a checkbox at the bottom right that says “Add to Saved Estimates”. Click that checkbox and then you’ll be prompted to add a name to this saved estimate to help distinguish it.
4. Then just save your estimate… -
Ability to hide line items on estimates
Sometimes we have a line item on the estimate that we don't need the customer to see for various reasons. It would be nice to be able to hide these items to simplify the estimate that the customer is seeing
6 votesThis is part of our latest update to the Financials system where you can choose the visual preferences for sections on your estimates.
You can learn more about the update here: http://www.jobnimbus.com/blog/2016/11/22/financials-update-photos-sections-margins/

bring back the mapping view of all scheduled appointments like in the old calendar
In the old calendar you could schedule everyone and then map them out all on 1 map. It would be great to have that back. I use the old calendar still instead of the new 1 because I don't see that feature on the new calendar
2 votesThis was added as part of our new calendar. If you haven’t yet, please give it a try and let us know how it works for you!

Sync Payments and Receivables With QuickBooks
Since we have partnered with JobNimbus, we have found that it would nice if payments and receivables would sync between JobNimbus to QuickBooks
6 votesIn our June 2016 update, we finished our payment sync setup, so you are good to go to sync payments to and from QuickBooks, including splitting payments across invoices.
