Add more to JobNimbus' CSP to allow wisetack

Right now it is rather restrictive.  Please add at least *.texasselectfencing.com to the list of allowed domains.  See Hubspot ticket: https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/3409122/record/0-5/18860574367/
