Notification options for team activity
As an owner we should receive all notification that are happing in Jobnimbus as we rely to this CRM system to operate our business. Being able to see and receive notifications when team members delete records such as notes would be extremely helpful!

Product and services - Materials to be filtered by location/source/similar
Products and services -- Ability for the native JN fields for materials to be "Inventory Location" or "Source" or something similar -- to help identify at a glance and with built-in reporting and features, the different supplier sources. It might help identify general labor pools, or specific crews for those services, for the purpose of expanding on variations of logistics, costs, prices, etc., for services, for businesses like ours.

Import products and services from Xactimate to JN
When we import estimates from Xactimate, we have issues with the estimates syncing to QBO because the products and services don't exist. It would be beneficial if the products were auto-created in JN or if there was an option to import products and services directly from Xactimate to avoid this issue.

Option to remove convenience fee from financials
I would like the option to take the connivence fee off our quotes. Customers keep thinking our price is the higher number. I definitely want to explain the charges but want to make the cost clearer. I don't want to remove the fee. I want to edit our estimates to reflect the pricing of the project better. The language at the bottom has confused multiple customers since it has been added.

Make Estimate Templates Look Different than Estimates
When you create an estimate and select a template, it looks similar to the estimate template edit screen. Some of the users accidentally edit the estimate template instead of the estimate so it throws off the numbers when attempting to convert them into invoices.
