Worse is when a price is added and you save it. The cost has to be deleted every time when used after. Must save first without a cost then add the cost to keep the cost open for future use

This is the most ridiculous part to me. They can add restrictions to every other part of the system on who can access things, do that, and give us the ability to delete products. Hiding them is unhelpful and creates more problems internally. I would love to be able to delete all the products and start fresh with bulk upload, like how you can do for contacts. I just find it strange I can delete anything else I want from the system, including a contact and all the info associated with them, but not the products.

I have so many hidden products because we changed how we approached building estimates. They were never used on an estimate but now it is just always there (especially products that I had created labor+material but had to scrap when supplier products imported and I had to separate the labor). On the same subject, within a product I want to delete units (especially supplier imported products). I have several supplier imported products that came in with 4 units on it that are not unique (bx,box,bd) - all the same just the suppier looked to be covering their bases. I don't need or want all of these especially knowing that each unit is its own individual product. I have too many duplicate products as it is.

Agree. We've resulted to just renaming a hidden one anytime a new item is needing added. It's also odd not being able to delete a variation of an item.

This function has been a huge pain point in setting up the Beacon Integration and Estimate templates.

The products and services list is completely cluttered with duplicates of products and services that are hidden but then we have to name the new one something different because it already exists.

would like the ability to deleted products from our catalog , not just hide them. we entered a multitude of products when we weren't really up to speed on products that we would like to delete entirely

This is one of the most frustrating things about JN to me. Not having the ability to delete products just clutters up my product list. I can't edit it from material only to labor and material and I can't delete it. We have codes that we have used for years and I don't want to change them.

There has to be a way to delete products and services you do not want. Currently you can hide them, but they are still in the system. Someone within the company or JobNimbus should have the ability to remove unwanted products from their account. I can delete an entire job, with all the history in it, but can't delete a product?

or MERGE two items together... say if a co-worker spelled an item incorrectly, but used it in an estimate or invoice, you could Merge the Incorrect spelling with the Correct spelling and have less
space taken up on server with hidden things..
