Assign "sales rep" or "assigned to" fields with automation.

This would help our company tremendously, We manually change assignees for different jobs and their contact and an automation would help a lot

I really need this waiting on someone to become available is not ideal I have used zapier to auto assign to a specific sales rep but I would like to have more control with automations specifically for contact types, cities, etc
