Scalable text for Boards Titles
We need to have the Font be scalable where you enter the Name under List auto resize to fit or if it cannot scale past a certain size point then it will default to 2 lines but keeps the font within the smallest font allowable but flow into two lines for better visibility on the production board.

Activity Tab
In the Customer Activity Tab there is a Drop Down Bar that has many options on how to view the activity listed. The current Default option is "USER CREATED". We feel that some companies may have a different approach on what view they feel works best for them. We feel that the option ALL would work best for us but every time we pull up a customer activity tab it defaults to show User created content. Insights Using Only Current Workflows
We had 2 contact types called Gettin Lit and Lit. Instead of deleting them and making new ones we just edited the name and changed them to New Lights and Old Lights. But the Gettin Lit and Lit types are still showing up in our reports so it's throwing off our insight numbers. And we don't have any contacts under the Gettin Lit and Lit type anymore. Can we change this so Insights only reflects current Workflow names?

Remove Unnecessary Scroll Bar, top navigation header freeze while scroll
When on any Job board page, in order to scroll to the right, you must move the right vertical scroll bar all the way down to access the bottom horizontal scroll bar. There are two and you can remove one of them with the following:
I recommend removing the far right vertical scroll bar and making the top navigation "freeze screen" which can be changed by simple HTML and CSS. on boards show parent city option for work orders
On the work order dashboard it would be nice if you could see/have the option for the the "Parent City". So it would be nice to see the city that on the boards for work orders.

Report Breakdown From Sales Dashboard
It would be amazing if you could click on the reports on the sales dashboard and have it take you to a report of all of the items that make up the graph you're looking at. For example- you look at a sales reps numbers on the revenue leaderboard and if you click on the bar for that sales rep it shows a report of all of the customers included in that number.
It would be helpful if this feature applied to all of the graphs on the sales dashboard.

search
Partial search in list status. Currently I have to type the exact name of the status for the item I want added as a list in the board. I should be able to type any part of the text in the status name and it display a list of statuses that match.

More consistency with the sales dashboard
The sales dashboard doesn't align with what I can pull up in my contact reports. We need these to be easier to customize and we need more consistency with the filters and usability of these.

Report Folders
Allow reports to be placed together in a folder or category -- for example, I would like to have a MONTHLY folder in which I can store all my monthly reports, or a WEEKLY Folder that stores all the weekly reports, a SALES folder that stores the sales reports, etc - instead of having 100 reports listed on the same report screen that you have to scroll through

An indication that the sales rep is inactive from the sales reps drop down in sales dashboard
It would be great if there was some time of indication on the sales dashboard that the sales rep is inactive from the sales rep selection. I have 3 reps with the same name and 2 of them are inactive, yet all 3 of them still show in the drop-down selection

Choose between Invoice data and Estimate data on Sales Dashboard
We'd like data on the Sales Dashboard to come from the total of the invoice rather than the estimate, because the two are rarely the same and we can glean much more useful and actionable business intelligence from the former.

Dead space in dashboard reports
With new Update to Webapp there was a change to table spacing for reports in the dashboard. Now the reports look enlarged to fit in the table spacing of the report. The previous version was more condensed and easier to read. It would be helpful if this change was reverted or we had the options to set the sizing of the table to manipulate the view.

Sales Revenue Leaderboard
We would like to be able to change the sales revenue leaderboard to show estimate date instead of approved/invoiced estimates on the sales dashboard.

More customization on Dashboard View
User would like more options to customize the dashboard. Currently, he can choose what features of the dashboard are visible, however, he cannot control how they are displayed. User would like a simple feature, such as being able to sort his tasks on the dashboard with the newest tasks on top. User is aware that he could use a custom report but does not want to lose the ability to check off tasks from the dashboard.
