Thread in Notes
In Notes;
It'd be great to have a thread or comment feature to a post to continue the subject, or comment to the note, so we can keep one subject in one thread to keep it going.

Better Sales Reports
We need to be able to run better sales reports. Closing radio and NSLI are important metrics that are missing from the reports feature.

Real Time Google Sheets Sync
I wish my data could sync in real time with Google Sheets. That way I could create automated metrics that combine data from QuickBooks, JN, and my GPS tracking. Right now we are tracking manually and it's time consuming.

Common fields to link reports
I would like to combine data included in multiple reports but currently cannot do so without a lot of manual manipulation. For example, I would like to analyze timing of customer payments by pulling both a payment report and an invoice report, however there is no common field to combine the two reports. The "related" field is almost the same, however changes slightly depending on the report.

The ability change the way that reports are ordered / organized
Example: We have an "Open Jobs Report" with all of our different job status' for currently open jobs. The issue is, in order to use this report; we have to constantly scroll up and down throughout the page because we can't put the job status' in the proper order on the report. They can only be alphabetically ordered.
I've attached a picture for a better explanation.
We would like to see
-Tear off in progress
-Tear off complete
-Materials delivered
-ect.all in order!

Report Breakdown From Sales Dashboard
It would be amazing if you could click on the reports on the sales dashboard and have it take you to a report of all of the items that make up the graph you're looking at. For example- you look at a sales reps numbers on the revenue leaderboard and if you click on the bar for that sales rep it shows a report of all of the customers included in that number.
It would be helpful if this feature applied to all of the graphs on the sales dashboard.

Full Individual Job Report
I want to be able to click in a job and produce a job report of just that job that shows all notes, estimates, invoices and payments for that job. It would also be good to be able to see at least the titles and/or counts of any documents or attachments uploaded to that job. It would be REALLY great to be able to see the overview of the job from Lead to Paid. Does something like this exist?

Other team member's emails as pull down menu from email feature
99.99% outgoing email, we want to include our team members in the correspondence. If they are not assigned to the job, we have to type their email address manually.
Can we please have our team member's emails as a list in a pull down menu from email feature so we do not have to type them manually each time. They do not need to be included as "Assigned member" (so they do not get tagged in every single communication) but if a supervisor or manager level needs to be included, it'd be nice to be able to cc or bcc…

Ability to create line item report
Please include the ability to report on line items. This would be helpful when trying to track work order items that have been completed since it would be exportable to Excel or Csv.

Pull a report that allows you to see email activity - Opened Emails, Bounced Emails, Etc.
I would like to have the ability to pull reports that shows the status of client emails. We have tons of clients in the system and automated emails. We would like to pull a report to see which clients have opened them, not opened, or bounced in order to follow up accordingly.

Clickable Board Titles
It would be great to be able to click on the board title and get a list of the jobs in that status so that we can easily see everyone in that status and export/print the list. If we could still click on a job that would be great too. I am constantly trying to build reports for this but it would be SUCH a major time saver if we could just click on the board titles.

NOTES ENTERED IN WORK ORDER OR OTHER SUB SECTIONS, THE NOTIFICATION DOESN'T SHOW THE JOB/CONTACT INFO
If we leave a note and tag a member or self, the tagged members will have a notification at their email (if the user selected that option), the message in the notification will only show the WO / Estimate / Invoice numbers, it does not have any related contact nor job info.
So to know what job or contact the note related to, we have to click the blue note link.
Not efficient.
