Attachments not attached when you forward an email
When you hit forward to other sender, attachment aren't being attach. Will be nice mostly to keep all thread in the same line.

The email received and the reply is on the same line instead of being separate for a line or other. It's really complicated for recipient and sender to follow the thread. I

Bring Back Subject Tag
I used to utilize the subject tag when sending outbound emails via templates. Since it's gone, I've had to update all my email templates manually to include the subject tag (contact or job number) which has resolved that issue, but now if I attempt to send an email without a template, I have to manually input the subject tag in the subject line every time. Can you bring it back so that it's at least optional for those of us that enjoy the convenience it brought?

Hyper Link to Job/Contact Records in Emails
all emails contain a link to take you to the referenced job or contact. This seems like a huge oversight that its not already a feature

Sync Sent Emails w/ Gmail
I would like to have it so that every email I send within JobNimbus also syncs to my Gmail so that I easily have proof that I can send to my client's again later on that an email was sent. Customer's recognize Gmail better than the JobNimbus email so they are less likely to think I doctored the initial email if they see it forwarded to them from Gmail.
If I can't have it auto sync to my Gmail as well, I would like to have an option to have each email we send automatically CC an email address that…

See Attachments in Email Thread
When a customer replies to an email that contains an attachment, there isn't an easy way to see what the attachment was in the original email other than to go find the original email. There should be a way to see the attachment name in the email they replied to, but it changes the attachment name to a random string of numbers.

Date & Time Stamp on Emails
When you forward emails with outlook or Gmail, the date stamp shows the date and time each transaction was sent. The emails through this system only send the text. I'd like the date/time to show along with the content

Allow embedded videos in emails
Create the ability to embed a video into an email. For example, on a welcome email it could be a video of our owners thanking them for working with us and a short introduction. I think an embedded video would perform much better than a hyperlink that most people won't click on.
