  1. Add activity when call is placed from RingCentral on Desktop

    Please carry over the feature within the Mobile App to the Desktop version of JN that automatically leaves a timestamp of the call with an option of leaving a note.

  2. Custom Phone Number Fields (Adjuster Phone Number) added in Phone Numbers in Native Field options

    I know we all hate going through estimates to find adjusters phone numbers, I like to add the adjuster phone number in the custom field but in the current configuration there are several problems.

    1: You need to use "text" option because you can't use number option especially if there's an extension, and then I needed to update this in my custom field and i deleted the field all together

    2: If you add a phone number under the number or txt field type you can't click and call it like on the native field

  4. Make a Payment Button in Body of Email

    I would like to have the 'make a payment' button that appears on the invoice when using JobNimbus Payments to also appear in the body of the email.

  6. Email reply & sent is confusing and on same line.

    The email received and the reply is on the same line instead of being separate for a line or other. It's really complicated for recipient and sender to follow the thread. I

  11. Forward phone calls to the Assigned person's number

    Right now, phone calls can only forward to a single number. I'd love to have the option for phone calls to be forwarded to the current user assigned to the conversation.

    Our goal with engage was to consolidate all communications with customers to one place. However, passing all call-backs straight to the office at all times has been frustrating for our sales representatives in trying to close a deal. If I could choose to forward calls to the assigned user, this would really help to streamline communications.

  15. Sync Sent Emails w/ Gmail

    I would like to have it so that every email I send within JobNimbus also syncs to my Gmail so that I easily have proof that I can send to my client's again later on that an email was sent. Customer's recognize Gmail better than the JobNimbus email so they are less likely to think I doctored the initial email if they see it forwarded to them from Gmail.

    If I can't have it auto sync to my Gmail as well, I would like to have an option to have each email we send automatically CC an email address that…

  16. Customer communication inbox

    JobNimbus should have a notification Center per user like a inbox that lets us know we have had incoming emails, communication or responses from any clients or internal notes/ mentions. We Should not have to go into customer each individual to check for email or communication.

    Is there a way we can combine multiple @emails to a number of people within our organization without having to create them separately? For example, @johndoe @janedoe @cindysample and make this group of people 1 @ like @Purchasing.

  20. See Attachments in Email Thread

    When a customer replies to an email that contains an attachment, there isn't an easy way to see what the attachment was in the original email other than to go find the original email. There should be a way to see the attachment name in the email they replied to, but it changes the attachment name to a random string of numbers.
