Need Ability to Select Which Email Sends an Automation
The replies to our automations are not going to the correct recipients. Adding this feature would ensure that the correct person receives the reply to the automated email.

Customize Built in Emails from JobNimbus
It would be awesome to be able to control how a customer sees email messages from JobNimbus. For example, instead of the subject line showing [company name] sent you a quote, it would be nice to be able to set it to [sales rep] from [company name] sent you a quote.

Email Opt Out Checkbox
This would help make sure we still have their email to send estimates to but blocking them from getting any automations. This would help us comply with email laws.

Estimate Viewed Counter JN/SQ
We have notifications for when an email is opened. It would be great if we also had a counter for how many times it has been opened.

So many of us are giving the same "Idea Request's" but, just worded different and we are only getting some votes due to JN not recognizing and combining similar/same requests and us not having the time to read through them all to see if there is one already made! JN needs to help refine and combine these to help our Votes get addressed sooner. (No wonder why things aren’t progressing sooner with this program in areas that really need it.)

Populate Supplier Emails when Sending
Currently when starting an email, it won't auto-populate subcontractors emails unless I'm on my phone app. Please provide for this to pop up so we don't have to toggle back and forth.

Email Send Time Limitations (Like Engage Texts)

Email reply & sent is confusing and on same line.
The email received and the reply is on the same line instead of being separate for a line or other. It's really complicated for recipient and sender to follow the thread. I

Hyper Link to Job/Contact Records in Emails
all emails contain a link to take you to the referenced job or contact. This seems like a huge oversight that its not already a feature

Change Who Automations Show the Email Being Sent From
Emails sent via Automation show the company name as the sender before opening the email. Would like to be able to change who it shows as being from based on the automation or the email template.

Sync Sent Emails w/ Gmail
I would like to have it so that every email I send within JobNimbus also syncs to my Gmail so that I easily have proof that I can send to my client's again later on that an email was sent. Customer's recognize Gmail better than the JobNimbus email so they are less likely to think I doctored the initial email if they see it forwarded to them from Gmail.
If I can't have it auto sync to my Gmail as well, I would like to have an option to have each email we send automatically CC an email address that…

Print Emails
I would like to be able to print emails. Currently, I can print the job, but the longer emails are truncated. I need the print out to show the full email correspondences.
