Forward phone calls to the Assigned person's number
Right now, phone calls can only forward to a single number. I'd love to have the option for phone calls to be forwarded to the current user assigned to the conversation.
Our goal with engage was to consolidate all communications with customers to one place. However, passing all call-backs straight to the office at all times has been frustrating for our sales representatives in trying to close a deal. If I could choose to forward calls to the assigned user, this would really help to streamline communications.

Record and log both inbound and outbound calls
I would be great if we could have both inbound and outbound calls be logged to JobNimbus and also recorded.

Text and Call communication
Would help to have the app and your contacts on your phone integrated so if you received a call or a text from a homeowner and they were in JobNimbus as a contact, it would record that in activity. Also you can only see the first initial text that you send and not the whole correspondence. That would be helpful for the office staff to see all of the communication.

Integration with virtual phone - VOIP
We use a virtual cloud based phone system. All of our communications are from individual phone numbers but the outgoing calls through the phone system all show the company number. I would love to see some sort of integration ability to be developed that allows the phone to push it to the virtual phone app.
