Upload pictures from phone to mobile app
When the desktop actually does sync the contact with the app, you can go to the camera and take a picture of something and it'll add to the attachments, but I haven't found where you can upload a picture from your gallery.

If you tap on “Camera” from the action menu on the contact or job, you can tap the checkmark at the bottom right and then you’ll see an “Add from Album” option at the bottom.
