Updated Texting within the mobile app.
I know that you can see the outgoing text correspondence that is done within the app, but you cannot see the responses from whoever you are texting with. I am responsible for managing a sales team, and encourage them to make all correspondence with the customer through the mobile app. This way we are able to see the interactions between the sales team and homeowner, allowing office staff to be in the loop if a homeowner calls the office. This also helps us, if the homeowner claims nobody contacted them, or if a member of my sales team is not properly following up with homeowners. I think this would be a great feature to be added.
