Credit Card Fees & Profit Tracker
The profit tracker does NOT take into account what the credit card fees are, only the total amount the customer paid. Example: Customer paid invoices by credit card for a total of $1,520.20 which is what the profit tracker shows. $49.29 of that is credit card fees. Therefore the profit tracker shows a surplus of $49.29.
Currently, to find the credit card fees I have to go see how they made their payment, open the payment tab, search their date of payment, find their payment, add their fees together, and the add them to my profit tracker as an expense off the total amount paid and takes up extra time when auditing the job.
