New Sales Experience Introduction Page
Introduction page should have on it the sales person's name, the phone number should have parenthesis and/or a dash in the appropriate places and the company's contact information. Also, the company contact information would be nice to see.

💠 Allow for customization of what is displayed on the body of cards based on the List that it's currently under (today all cards on a Board have the same displayed information across entire Board).
💠 Re-size the board display on web so there isn't two vertical scroll bars. Difficult to scroll left and right due to not being able to see horizontal scroll bar without scrolling page vertical bar.
💠 Enable cards to be right-clicked and opened in a new tab, so users can quickly interact with a job/contact without leaving the Board.

Invoice approved once deposit made
We would like to have the ability to set in the system that the invoice only approves once the deposit is made on the invoice.

Adding lines to estimates
On estimates legacy: having a little tab on each line that allows you to add additional line items above or below that line without having to drag the line from the bottom to where it needs to go on the estimate which is incredibly tedious.

Edit Estimate Template Line Items
When attempting to edit an estimate template with the new sales experience, I cannot simply update a line item. I have to delete the line item, scroll down to the bottom, add a line item again, and then drag it back where I want it. I would like to just be able to modify the line items on my templates like I can on the actual estimates.

Internal Notes Estimate Conversion to Work Order
We used to use the internal note section of estimates to hold some information that was visible at a glance because it would carry through to work orders when we converted. Now it doesn't work that way, but we would like it back.

"Show More" Product Option on NSE
Allow a "show more" drop down when searching a product to add as a line item. In Legacy Estimates it gives you the option to show more but with nse its only the first 6 in alphabetical order.

Formatting Options in New Sales Experience
Add ability to format phone numbers and email addresses in the new sales experience. Right now, the email address cannot be capitalized and the phone number does not include any dashes, which is hard to read.

JN Payments = Major Reconciliation Hassle in Quickbooks
There are two levels to this issue. We have down payments via JN enabled, which is the source of all the frustration. First, JN payments does a poor job of reporting the amount the customer was actually trying to pay us. Between ACH (we pay the fee) and credit cards (customer pays the fee) it has been very difficult for me to figure out the amount the customer was intending to pay. It should very clearly state the amount the customer is paying us, any fees WE are paying, and to a lesser extent any fees the CUSTOMER is paying.…

Sumo Quote contracts need to be IHCA compliant in verbage
Our attorney states that if yor contract is not IHCA compliant in verbage, it will not hold up under legal scrutiny. Is the Sumo quote compliant to this fact?

Need commissions to auto populate so they don't need to be assigned. Also, need the ability to have a manager override commission applied.
Currently, the sales rep is assigned a job, but the system doesn't automatically apply the desired commission structure. This is a very basic feature. Commissions should not have to manually be applied to each job for a sales rep. Furthermore, there should be a feature to enter a manager override commission so that a second commission would automatically be applied to jobs for a particular manager. This could be done by creating a team and applying the override to the members of the team.

Toggle Require Estimates Fully Signed to Convert
I would like to be able to convert estimates without having them fully signed. It would be better if this was something an admin could toggle.
