Ability to layout a page similar to MS Word function
I hope I'd be able to edit a document as it's shown on paper. I find it hard to format the document without seeing the content on the paper size itself. It seems like JobNimbus does all the formatting at this time.
If there could be an option to see and change the paper size, that would be great as well.

Notifications to sender on signature documents
Customer wants a notification for the sender when just her customer is required to sign a document with the new signature feature.

Open two documents at once
I need to be able to open two documents in a file at the same time. When check on the status of an insurance claim, I need to be able to open the scope front the insurance company, as well as my supplement/estimate that I have submited. I need to be able to open two documents at once. I am pulling my hair out because you don't allow me to do this.

I'm so ****** right now
I just spent an hour working on details months in the making in a document and when I clicked save it said session timed out and had to reload. All was lost. What you have done with Documents over the last few months is **** and it has been screwing our company big time. open documents in new window
Instead of documents opening within the same window, open them as a new window(or tab) within the web browser. As it currently stands when you open a document, measurements for an example, it opens within the same tab. This method only allows one document to be viewed at a time. If the document were to open in a new tab within the browser we could easily have multiple documents open at one time. We would like to be able to create folders for different documents and photos. I.E. create a folder for photos, one for documents etc...

Allow for eSign by customers
SImply allow a customer to eSign a document (e.g. estimate) without my having to travel back to their location so they can do it on my device. Customers want to think it over, discuss with their spouse, etc.

Exclude Attachment Categories when in Documents tab
Would like to have the option to hide particular Attachment categories in order to hide duplicate Documents that may appear as they are showing after reply emails still contain original attachments.

Printing documents containing extensive text in table cell to begin appear on first page
When creating an estimate, or any financial document with tables, inputting an extensive amount of text in one cell will cause everything to appear on the second page and leave the first page blank.
The request is to be able to have that information appear on the first page, regardless of how much text is in one cell (ie. descriptions).

PDF Editor
I would love to have a built-in PDF editor so we can pull up our company documents and edit them within JobNimbus, then save a copy to the contact. We have explored NaturalForms and it doesn't fit exactly what we need. Maybe an integration with DocHub or something similar would work? Currently our guys are downloading the documents, filling them out then uploading the new copy to the appropriate contact, which is inefficient.

Restore/Undelete uploaded documents/files that were deleted
I need a way to see which uploaded documents were deleted and to be able to restore them if needed.

Attach files in document to emails
Allow documents stored here to be attached to emails to contacts. Currently they must be downloaded and then uploaded to be attached to an individual file.
