Keep Pictures in order
The pictures need to be able to move around and put in a certain order. As a veteran adjuster most adjusters put pictures in a certain order. Front elevation, right elevation, rear elevation, left elevation, roof, interior. This will make every file the same and can send pictures to adjusters and they can follow much easier.

move between contacts on the board without going back to the board
Have the ability to scroll through contacts on the board without having to go back to the board. Something similar to the "next" button or "previous" button on Craigslist or Google photos. So if I am on the leads board and in a contact I can go to the next contact on that board without having to go back out to the board.

Merged data in Contact/Jobs
Intake, Contact & jobs should be combined data. Not entering the same information multiple times. When a contact comes up all the information is listed and jobs are listed underneath with the email and job nimbus correspondence. Multiple pages are not necessary and require additional work for the rep.

Allow contacts to be added to lists based on a contact field.
You could create a board with a list that populated based on a contact field instead of the “status”, This would let you create a “SUB WORKFLOW” for different departments that all need to keep track of different stages of the contact.
For roofing, you could track the normal production progress on one board and have another that could track the stages of the supplement process. You could even have another for the collections process.

Creating a new job inherits the contact's company location
When creating a new job under a contact on the mobile app, the location of the job should inherit the contact's location. Instead, it is defaulting to the first location on the list.

Have the ability when entering a job for it to have a box to input email and for it to automatically populate when sending an email.

Enable entry of customers with the same name and not have to modify
We live in an area where many people have the same name. This creates a lot of difficulty for us when creating a new contact. We have to modify and it causes reporting issues for us. It would be great to have an "override" button for these customers.

Sales Pipeline- retro actively remove contacts if they are moved to lost status.
If a contact is entered into a status with sold stage it reports on the sales pipeline. However, if that contact cancelled and no longer will install with company, they move it to lost status. However, the contact is still left lingering on the dashboard of the sales pipeline. Cannot remove it and would be nice if we could.

The ability to change the order list under the contact/ job file where it states work order.

Admin ability to override dates
Sometimes we forget to move the status. Admins should be able to override dates to create accurate reporting.
Report on productivity, and efficiency of a workflow or personnel by having a report based on a timestamp from one status to the other, or from one action to another.

Can we please have a SEPERATE TAB for NOTES so that we can follow Chronologically with out searching through ALL the Activity.

Create/Allow Custom Creation of Tabs Adjacent to Work Orders tab. (See Photo)

It would be nice to see board names on the top header of the page so we can easily access each board in one click.
