    Allow the ability to change the default contact fields. Remove Fax. Change the phone numbers to 1, 2, 3, etc, and also make all the phone fields work with Engage.

    Add ability to make the default fields like phone number, email address, and address required fields

    Would like to change what the default setting is for sections like status, contact type, sales rep, etc. on a new contact instead of JN just picking the option at the top of the list.

    There are too many built-in contact fields. We would like the ability to edit and delete built-in contact fields
