When adding a new contact in the new experience, it asks you to type the contact's 'First Name/Company' to search for them, but if they're new and you need to add them as a new contact, you wouldn't put the Company Name up there, you need to go down and expand 'Other Info' tab and put the company name there. It's also very inconvenient that you can't change the contact display name while you're adding it. The only options you have are to display the first and last name of the contact, or create the contact and/or job(s) and then go back into the contact to edit the display name. That's so inconvenient and time consuming when you could literally just edit it when you're adding the contact like before.

I also wish the 'Use Primary Contact Address' wasn't turned on by default.
