When a person is removed or changed from a contact or job they should be notified of the change so things don't slip through the cracks.4 votes
At present, notes are entered individually; and when someone "replies" to the note, one has to go find it somewhere in the Activity time line. It would be nice if there was a conversation feature whereby a note can be responded to or comments trails made a part of it (like a blog post) so one can reply to that note specifically.17 votes

The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.
Bold, Italic, Underline, color, etc.
It would be nice to be able to bold or change the color of text in notes to make them stand out26 votes
We have automated notifications that are emailed to our clients. The System created activities should include copies of those emails send out or at least a note that it was done17 votes
