You can create tasks directly from the calendar, which would allow you to see the calendar to a certain extent while creating that task, but it’s not ideal and we definitely want to do this.

When our salesmen call from the Job Nimbus App, it allows them to quickly make a note in relation to the customer they contacted which is great and why they love to call from the app itself. However, there does not seem to be a way that they can force Job Nimbus to call utilizing our VOIP system vs. their phone provider. So, when customers call back, they are calling their personal lines instead of the Ring Central number/app that we use as a company.
The only work around right now is to have them copy the number then paste it into their Ring Central App, but then they loose the automatic notes feature and are forced to take additional steps to ensure their personal information is not given out. Other apps allow us to set the default setting for how calls are made.Alexsa Dodd

This would be amazing and a feature that we were hoping Job Nimbus had before we signed on!
Or even starting a task linked to a job/customer and having it offer "next available time" based off the nearest address would be wonderful.
