    My team organizes around different job statuses so we can see an accurate representation of the client cycle. A crucial missing feature is protected job status - so that if a job is currently in "Status X" - it can't be moved to any other status unless an Admin access profile moved it to "Status Y"

    We have a job status "Complete: Waiting to be Closed" - I would love it if only the admin access profile could change the job status from "Complete: Waiting to be Closed" to anything else. This would mean if the job is in this Complete status, no one else would be able to move the job to any other status.

    I would love the ability to add option lists to an estimate. If a consultant selected Landmark IR shingles, an option list for all available colors would be populated. It would then populate the amount of bundles needed for the squares the consultant inputs. Then, based on the selection of shingles, the ridge and accessories would populate their option lists (based on what can be used with the particular shingles chosen).

    Ex: Certainteed Landmark IR shingle -> Shenandoah -> 20 sq = 60 bundles
    -> Ridge: Certainteed XT30 IR -> 132LF = 4 bundles
    So on and so forth

    I third the update request! Our team has been asking for this feature for over a year and would be SO excited to have an idea of when to look forward to seeing implementation.

    Currently, I get an automated task to order material whenever a consultant completes a certain task. I would love to also have subtasks automatically created under the main task of "Stage Material"
    For example, staging material means that I also need to do x, y, and z - but they wouldn't show up as a thousand automated tasks, just under one singular task/project.
