You can already upload video in the web app just like you would a photo, but you do have to download it from off the web in order to view it.
We are looking into video upload from mobile and viewing those videos from both mobile and the web.

I would also like to see more flexibility on the work order as well as the estimate and invoice templates. They should all have the same ability to turn on or off the columns for the user and the customer rather than some options only being available on one document and not the other. For example, we can turn off all quantities, costs and line item prices on the estimate but it still shows the total price for the job. If you turn those line item amounts off on the work order then no total price will be shown.
Ideally, the ability to create a document that has whatever information you want on it and then allows for the merge field locations that the current documents have.

The field map for syncing a "job" with QuickBooks really should send the contact information to the billing address and the "job" address to the shipping address. As it is now, Nimbus sends the job address to Quickbooks as the billing address which is not what you want when dealing with a customer that has a job in one location but needs the bill sent to another address such as a PO Box or business address. It would also be nice if the contact info allowed for billing and shipping address so you didn't need to use the "job" function for anyone other than a customer with multiple job locations (similar to how QB handles them)
It would be nice to have. Right now the only workable option is to create a second contact and then relate it to the first contact. Then whenever you email one contact you have the ability to chose the second contact's email as well. We have to do it with our contractors that have multiple project managers.
