An error occurred while saving the comment This would be extremely helpful. I will say, as a work around, I have spent time going through our old automations and have an organization system that helps. Basically naming the automation by Department-Purpose-Workflow-Location (we have multiple locations, creating the names for automations all the same way has become an absolute necessity). This has been a lifesaver lately.

An error occurred while saving the comment This is an issue with us. We have had a number of customers mention that they thought this was spam. I feel like we may be losing communication because of it.

Would it also be beneficial to see current jobs/tasks? Others have submitted ideas for that and I am wondering if there is just a filter that would allow you to determine if you want to look at old jobs or current jobs.

Currently each item on the calendar is colored according to the assignee, but we always exploring new ideas and ways to better represent the information on the calendar.
In the meantime, you can use icons in Task Type and Contact/Job/WO workflow settings to help distinguish between different types of items on the calendar.

We use this feature regularly as a part of the CC integrated software and thus far, this capability is the only one I can find that prevents us from just using JN photos.
