'Print' Option on Web App
It would be phenomenal to be able to print straight from the site instead of having to download the document first.

Collect Payments on Invoices (mobile app payments, button/link, etc)
Add a payment acceptance method to the JobNimbus mobile app for reps to accept payments on site.
Include link/button in invoice when emailing for customer to pay using available options (credit/debit card, PayPal, Square, Swipe, etc).

We will be adding this feature to the mobile app very soon so your reps will be able to take payments right on the job site.

Change default email when emailing estimates
Create the ability to change the default email that sends with estimates without having to choose from a drop down of email templates. Our team often forgets to change the email template, so the ability to change the default email would be extremely helpful.

Signature Line on Estimates & Invoices
Add a signature line for estimates and invoices that can be signed using the JobNimbus mobile app, or emailed and e-signed by the customer, or that can be filled in if a printed signed copy is received.
13 votesDone! To do this, just go to the estimate attachment in the JobNimbus mobile app, tap on it, and choose “Add Signature”.
You can do this for any PDF in JobNimbus, not just estimates and invoices now, even if that PDF was from somewhere else.

Fix PDF view/Printed estimate format
When we attach photos or have estimates over 1 page the page breaks cut off photos or cut text off halfway through. For being a document that could be signed, it doesn't look good if it needs to be submitted to a court.

Folders for Attachments
So that they aren't all bunched into one clump. Even though you can add the type from the drop down menu, you still have to search through a large amount of files to get to the one you want.
10 votesOrganize your attachments by setting the File Types in your Settings. This allows you to essentially create Attachment categories to organize your documents, files, and photos.
Then when you’re on the Attachments grid for a certain contact or job, you can filter the list to see a specific category. This filter is accessible by clicking the Double Arrow (<<) to the left of the “Add Attachment” button.
We have plans to implement more ways to manage files in JobNimbus, but this is a great way to start!

Notify when an email doesn't go through
Notify on emails where: Bounce, Open, Marked as Spam, Rejected, Delayed, Soft-Bounce

Reorder items in estimate
It would be great to be able to reorder items in an estimate, either by drag-and-drop, or with up and down arrow clickable buttons next to items in the estimate.
8 votesWe’ve included this as part of our latest update (v1.26) along with several other great financial features and improvements!
Just hover your mouse over each line item and you’ll see a new icon on the left side that allows you to drag it up and down in the list.
No more worrying about putting everything in order, or forgetting something when you get to the end! Woohoo!

Email Documents direct from Client Records
When I view an attachment I have to download it and then email. Is there a way to email direct from the client record without downloading?
8 votesRejoice! We’ve included this in our v1.19 release. Now, when you click “Attachments” when sending email via adding a new note, you’ll now be able to choose from the photos and documents you’ve uploaded to the contact record (if emailing from the contact) or from the job record (when emailing from the job).

Caller ID Sync to device
I am asking about a feature that we used to like where when a caller called our cell phones, if they were in Jobnimbus, the caller ID would show up.

Status Change Dependencies Between Records
When sending an invoice the status of the WO should automatically change to invoiced.
Change status of parent object when child object reaches certain statuses.

More Estimate Functionality ( multiple items )
Ideally, we would be able to select what to display per line item ( qty, cost, price, markup ). Options for what is displayed to customer aren't necessarily the same as what we want to see when filling out the form. In other words, we could truly use the Estimate form for estimating the Cost and Bid price of a job. This would address multiple issues with how to present information to customer.
Most of us have or still are doing this in Excel, with the result being a nicely formatted proposal to save as a pdf. WIth the current…7 votesWe just updated our estimating and invoicing system to include Sections, which you can use to hide certain items or their totals. Give it a try and let us know if this is what you’re looking for!
