    And having the ability to pin a note to the top ie "HO is hard of hearing; include Property Manager is all communication; HO away until spring" etc

  10. Upgrade the sending ability for email to 50MB instead of 22MB to be able to send larger files through the system

    Email threads get bogged down with 'jobnimbus' everywhere and its confusing. We've also had customers say they feel it looks questionable

    Yes! I added a ton of my own fields with claim number etc but don't need all of those fields for all types of jobs.
