How do I add categories to my Dashboard?

We wanted to add a couple of categories, but have since decided against it. However, It would be nice for the user to be able to click on the "Customize" button in the far left-upper corner of the Dashboard and add any custom category of reports at any time. At the current time, all that we are able to do is select from a set canned list of reports. (If I had administrative access to JobNimbus, I'd code it myself). Thank you.
