Keep previous estimate legacy template
In our modern age, customers do not want extra fluff and more pages to sift through when an estimate lands in their email. It needs to be basic and straight to the point. I constantly get emails and phone calls because people don't scroll far enough for their bottom line pricing. The new Estimate is rubbish and doesn't always work well. It's difficult to navigate on mobile for our estimators as well. It's too long with cover pages that no one cares about...talk about stepping back to 1990. Make Maps available on desktop for office staff
Having a map view of estimates and their breakdowns is great however office staff also needs to be able to access this information from a desktop. Often we are responsible for assigning territories for estimators and it would be most helpful if we can access this from a desktop where we can see the larger picture. Mobile screens are small and not always easy to navigate. At the bare minimum, it would be helpful if we could breakdown estimate requests by towns on our dashboard and filter by waiting for estimate, completed, commercial, residential, etc (basically all the search parameters…

Report filter for the user who marked a task as complete (or incomplete)
Management wants to be able to easily see who completed tasks of a specific nature. For instance, we have tasks automatically created for our reps to follow up with old clients. We want to be able to see how many follow up tasks each rep checked off.

Automated Reports
It would be wonderful for management to have automated reports that keeps the same filters to be automated every month/week. This will help management predict data in certain departments. Maybe it would be sent via notification/email.

Ability to Send out Custom Reports Automatically
Send automated emails with custom reports daily, weekly, etc.
Example:
Send out a report with all jobs in a certain status to the operations team daily
Send out a report with all scheduled jobs for a specific sales rep weeklyetc.
Could be done with any report and any time interval

Bulk Editing Work Orders
Logo wanted to be able to bulk edit the status of his work orders and that is not currently available in JN.

Customer Map
The ability to see a map with your jobs on it and be able to filter it by dates or locations. This would allow you to see where a lot of contracts have been signed and have a visual.

Integration with Looker Studio
It would be nice to have Insights integrate with Google Looker Studio so we can display our data in real time. At the very least, making JN Insights more customizable, and having the ability to "present" it would be awesome.

Motivosity integration on the home/dashboard of JobNimbus
I was wondering if it was possible to have (now or in the future) the ability for the MOTIVOSITY main feed to show up on the JOB NIMBUS “dashboard” home screen? I saw Kiosk mode and wasn’t sure if there was a way to plug that into the home screen to make sure important updates and kudos are seen from both platforms?

Customizable Dashboard
The ability to organize the entire dashboard view any way i want. Movable boxes that can go side by side or be resized to be bigger or smaller so my tasks can be the size I want vs job if i want that to be bigger . And not just linier (top to bottom), I want the ability to have tasks on the right side and jobs on the left or vice versa, or something in between. Ultimately the ability to customize my dashboard similar to a phone screen with widgets and the weather and my selection of what is…

When pulling reports, it would be great if the format could be kept in the different tiers. Either pdf or kept Excel format would be nice.
It would be awesome if the reports could keep the same formatting either through exporting to a pdf document, or into Excel (while keeping all of the same type of formatting with the different tiers).

Ability to change days in status
When you add a job to a contact, it currently defaults to a "days in status" of 0. Logo would like the ability to input an accurate "days in status" manually for their data reporting needs.

I need an "ASSIGNED TO" filter for invoice reports.
I can not filter my claims per PA the claim is assigned to see amount invoiced per PA. I need to be able to run this report ASAP. and the only way to do this is to make "assigned to" available in the filter and columns. Sales Rep doesn't help, as the same rep is on all claims.

Don't sent automated texts and emails to lost jobs.
If a job status is changed to lost, or the job is complete, the customer should not still receive automated timeline based emails and texts. For example: We have the system reminding customers that they have not approved an estimate after certain time frames. If a customer tells us they are not interested or went a different direction and we change their status to "lost" they still get the automated reminder emails which makes them very mad
