Ability to place a Job on hold
It would be great if we can place a job on "Hold" status within our system. This could keep the Job in the same Status, but maybe gray it out on the Job Board so it's clear the Job is stalled. Move these to the bottom of our Board list.

Limit Scheduling Job to Working Hours
JN allows jobs to be booked afterhours!!!!!
Please remove the ability to book afterhours from the dropdown box on the job side.

Can we have a function that would allow us to bulk move scheduled workflow dates, due to things like inclement weather or job progress. Makes it very difficult to schedule ahead of time, when a rain day happens you have to go in edit individually 50-100 jobs, very tedious and makes the calendar function almost useless for job scheduling

Ability to Add Documents to Tasks for Calendar
I saw where this was turned down due to a lack of community interest in the past. To whomever makes those decision, I politely ask that you consider that most people in construction companies do not spend most of their time submitting feedback to this forum. There are most likely a limited number of users who participate here, and those participating users hear and issue complaints/suggestions for the companies as a whole.

Private Calendar Settings
There needs to be an option to mark certain events as private. Personal events, sensitive conversations (HR), etc. Right now, everyone can see EVERYTHING.

Schedule initial appointments during Job creation
It would be useful to be able to schedule the initial appointment when someone calls in and we're creating the job. Potentially with the ability to see what the calendar currently looks like for the sales rep.

Allow Limited User Access to see tasks that aren't assigned to them
Currently "Limited User Access" profiles can't see Tasks related to the contact unless assigned even if they are designated as Sales Reps on the contact. It would be useful for the Sales Reps (who have Limited User Access Profiles) to see all tasks associated to the contact.

Automate a Job to change status when all tasks are completed
It would be extremely helpful for a Job to change Status when all tasks are completed. We have many tasks that may not be completed in the same order every time, so it would be extremely helpful for a Job to automatically change Status when every task is completed.

Contact phone number & email address visible on Job page
I'd love to see a Contact's phone number & email address visible on the client's Job page where we can currently see the site address. Currently you must click back to the Contact for this information.

Display Appointments for Sales People in Columns on the Calendar
It would be much easier to look at the calendar with multiple sales people's appointments on it if their appointment times for the day were all in one column. They seem to be randomly placed which makes it tougher to tell what the gaps are and is too easy to miss one

Set tasks to be done by Job position instead of assigned to or a specific person.
As it currently stands a task can only be automated to assign to 'assigned to' or a specific person. It would be extremely helpful(and your competitors do this) if you could automate tasks to 'Salesperson' or 'Estimator' or 'Office Admin' and that way we don't have to constantly change the assigned to field during the workflow to get tasks assigned properly. A specific person is not good because depending on how the job came in or location that specific person may or may not be the right person to have the task assigned to.

Convert Work Order to Task
Since Work Orders don't sync to Google Calendar, and we put most of our tasks there, we'd love to get a way to convert a work order to a task, using the Start/End date and time as the Task Start/End date and time. This way our field agents can use their existing Google Calendar to see the jobs they're scheduled for, instead of having to use both GC and the JobNimbus calendar.

Template Fields within Task Names
I would like to insert a template field for a task name so that I can see the job number automatically, without having to manually update it. i.e creating a task type with the default name "{{JobNumber}} - Task" and it automatically fills in that job number.

Calendars specific to Sales Only, Service Only, Production Only.
The ability for people to turn off what they don't want to see has value, but for those who need to see everything, it would be easier if Sales, Service and Production had their own dedicated calendars,

Customize Task Daily Digest
The Daily Digest of tasks seems to be sent early in the morning each day, but has no relationship to my schedule or business hours. I would like to be able to customize the delivery time, and maybe even specify what task types I would like included in my Daily Digest
