Ability to Select Sales Support Specialist, Project Supervisor, and Project Manager
I am requesting the addition of three new fields in JobNimbus that function similarly to the existing Salesperson field. These fields would be for selecting a Sales Support Specialist, Project Supervisor, and Project Manager. This enhancement will allow us to better organize our projects and streamline our workflow.

View Automation Activity
I would like to be able to view activity for changes within the automation so I can help troubleshoot when automations have been modified and if that would have caused one to trigger unexpectedly or not.

Advanced Logic paths for automations
When creating an automation, the conditions are very limited because they are specific to the type of automation, and the trigger can not be made to be very specific. also, the actions are limiting since we can only send emails, update record status, etc.
what would be ideal is if we could add additional conditions which apply to other job details.
for example, we have an automation which, upon sending an estimate, it updates the status to "pending customer approval." the only issue we have is that we use the new estimates for preliminary contingency agreements with no dollar amount.…

Automations to Change Work Order Status
Would like to be able to Work Order status as an option in the actions of an automation. For now, actions can update contacts and jobs, but it would be helpful if it could update the Work Order too.

Groups
I would like to be able to assing automations based on a position instead of a specific person. i.e. Create a production group, assing the people handling the production aspects, and update the members when we have new hires or fires, but that way we only have to update who the member is instead of remembering to go into each thing an indiviudal is assinged ot and update that where you will end up loosing the previously assinged tasks.

Products & Services Lookup Improvement
Whenever entering the name of a Product or Service(Estimate, Invoice, Material Order, Products & Services), it has some suggestions, but they do not include the descriptions. With the 31 character limit on the names, it would be very helpful if the descriptions also showed up with the names to make it easier to identify the proper item before selecting it.

I would like the ability to restrict team members from changing the sales rep or assignee on a contact or job.

Access Profiles - Notes
Access Profiles should include an option to control whether a user can View, Edit, Create, or Delete Notes. There was a situation where one of our users editing an existing note that had important information on it earlier that can no longer be recovered. If we had a way of specifying in the access profile how much access a user has for notes, that will help prevent this from happening in the future.

Categorize Products - Create sections in products/services
Need to have more flexibility in the products/services section. More tabs for adding services like: Color dropdowns, Profiles or styles, or just the ability to add up to four additional subsections you can name yourself.
Also, creating sections in the products and services main page would be amazing. Having to bounce from page to page looking for something is a big problem. If we could categorize the list so there were sections like gutters, roofnig, siding, windows, etc. or even just move the order of them around like in the estimate we could set them up the best way for…

Invoice Template Fields - Suggestion
It would be good to include a template field for invoice templates that shows the most recent invoice balance due. If a job has multiple invoices, then this can make it troublesome to show what invoice balance is due. Say I have one invoice that is paid out and shows a $0 balance due, but another invoice that has $2000 due, there currently isn't any field template that would show the second invoices balance amount.

Ability to "not send" a First Payment Reminder email if there is a payment recorded under Payments
We currently send out a First Payment Reminder email when the job status is changed to "Roof Build Complete" It would be helpful if we could exclude a contact from receiving this reminder if there is a payment already recorded under Payments.

Complex Automation Conditions
Currently, an automation with multiple conditions can trigger by requiring ALL or ANY of the conditions to be true. I need to be able to adjust specifically which conditions must work together.
Our company has many tasks that complete at certain stages but that do not follow a specific order. So I need to be able to set a condition that can look for one series of conditions AND a second series of conditions and so on at the same time.
