Automation for multiple invoices or based on multiple record types
I progress bill, meaning I bill up to 3 times (deposit, in-progress, and final bills). Having an automation that can change the job's status once all invoices have been paid or be based on all invoices being closed and the jobs status matching a specific status would be very helpful. I need to make sure the automation only happens from the Pending Payments status and ALL invoices created have been paid/closed

Add Email Signatures
I would like to be able to save an email signature to be automatically added to any emails sent out through my account to customers, the way I can on Gmail. Right now I am continuing to use Gmail the majority of the time because otherwise I have to manually add a screenshot of my email signature to any emails I send thru JobNimbus. Perhaps more importantly, either way I cannot manually add a screenshot of my email sig to any automated emails so would need a way for it to be automatically added.

Triggers need a HUGE upgrade.
I can't seem to narrow the automation by Workflow type unless I am using the Contact or Job as a trigger.
This issue caused an abundance of automated text messages to go through during our initial sync that we did not anticipate (though we probably should have, hindsight is 20/20).
Customers whose invoices were paid months ago were sent text messages thanking them for paying their bill. I could go in and change all of my automations related to Invoices and Estimates to workaround this, but it just feels like that takes away from the usefulness of this automation system...…

Ability to Pause Particular Automations, or Make them Active vs. Inactive without Deleting
Something that would be Critically Important for updating automations while the system is in use would be having the ability to pause automations. Along with our realization today that automations for Invoices/Estimates were going to be triggering on all workflows (see suggestion " Triggers need a HUGE upgrade"), we realized that we couldn't just pause these automations during a transitional phase.
This signals to me that I'm also not going to be able to work with automations unless we're ready for them to go live immediately. This makes the time window for making changes to automations VERY short.

Design template selector with editing options
When emailing an estimate - to have the ability to see the different design templates, giving you option to add or change things as a way to personalize it before sending it, along with having the option to add an email header.

Automations - Deleted Tasks or Branching
Automations continue to run for tasks that have been deleted. Branching automations would be very helpful in preventing these issues, as it could aggravate the recipients and cause confusion.
For example " I thought I rescheduled my appointment, but I'm still getting texts for an appointment at 8AM?! What is going on?!"
Branching would allow us to say: When A happens, if B is true, then do C. BUT If B is false, then do D instead (or do nothing).

Design Templates & Section Descriptions
I am using the blue Estimate design template and it allows for a section description. Since that design template doesn't exist for invoices and the existing invoice templates don't allow for a section description, that description is lost once I convert the estimate to an invoice. Can we add that same design template to invoices as well?

Limit access to all documents and photos
Ability to restrict access to all documents and photos. Currently, when you restrict access it only hides documents uploaded by JobNimbus. I don't want these team members to see any of the documents or photos when I pick no access.

Assignment of User to Contact or Job based off of Trigger
We have a team dedicated to Supplementing our jobs. When a job is updated to the supplementing status we created we have a task automation to assign it to the supplement team; however, the user can only see the task and cannot see the job because they were previously not assigned to that job. Would love to see it possible where based on a trigger "status update" or others, a user is able to be assigned to the project.

Limit who can create boards
Limit the ability to create boards even if it is marked "just me". We do not want team members to create boards for themselves. We want them to stick to a process.

Profile - Settings - Default Field Value
Under the Default Field Values of a Job Nimbus user profile, can we please have 'Job - Lead Source' as a Default?
Use Case: In the field I have ambassadors taking leads by putting jobs straight into the CRM. with appointment dates.
Job - Lead Source - would need to default to that entire team as "events" as a source we use for all field booked appointments.Would like the same drop down list of "Contact - Lead Source" to be Job - Lead Source as our field team builds a job with appointment, that the Contact Center then sets…

Restrict view of cost on work orders
I want users to be able to view Work Orders, but not view the cost breakdown when pulling up the work order from the Financials tab. Ultimately I only want them to view the PDF copy the customers see.

I get the daily task reminders emailed to my inbox every day. For some reason, it is sent at 3AM every day. Is there any option to change the time they are delivered? One of our salesmen keeps his notifications on, and was getting woken up in the middle of the night...... See the image below showing how early in the morning they send these notifications.
