Be able to document calls/texts in the new mobile app, just like you could in the old app.
Using the new app, if you text/call a customer from within the app it doesn't track on the customers account. In the JN Legacy app, when you text/call a customer from within the app, after the call you got a little pop up to enter in a note with the call time amount. This helped us track calls and any texts made by users. This was a great feature and feel it would be important to add to the new app.

Data saved locally on phone
I would very much like to see an option where you can turn on local storage so that all notes, photos and documents as well as customer info is available when cell signal is bad or nonexistent. The app would then upload data once it has a sufficient signal.
I have now lost data and had to go re-measure a job because jobnimbus failed to save a note with all my measurements because of bad signal. I consistently do business where signal is iffy and have had to completely forgo using the app on jobsites because of this issue.

Admin access on mobile
allow admin access on Mobile App to see teams tasks. When a manager is in the field it is a huge hinderance to not be able to access our teams tasks.

Selection For Which App Job Nimbus Uses To Make Outbound Calls
When our salesmen call from the Job Nimbus App, it allows them to quickly make a note in relation to the customer they contacted which is great and why they love to call from the app itself. However, there does not seem to be a way that they can force Job Nimbus to call utilizing our VOIP system vs. their phone provider. So, when customers call back, they are calling their personal lines instead of the Ring Central number/app that we use as a company.

Want to be able to view other team members calendars on the app
On the old app, you could select other team member's to view their calendar. On the new app you cannot. There is also no "weekly" calendar at all on the new app so you can't check on your tasks later in the week

In the note section it doesn’t use the predictive keyboard or have the spell check option like it used to.

Job/Contact view on the mobile app
we have a small problem with the mobile app. our inspectors need to see some extra information for each job on the calendar, see the app shows the job description, address, contacts, but is not enough.

On the new Android app, I would like to be able to have the same viewing functions as in the old app (day, week, month). The layout of the new calendar isn't as user-friendly.

Ability to use other calling apps with mobile app
Currently, the mobile app on android, defaults to the native calling app on your phone. If you have another calling app it does not seem to recognize that app even if you default it in your phone settings. It would be great to have this supported.

Make description field visible without having to press edit
For those who need to see the description field quickly, it would be nice to be able to see it without having to go into edit to see the details. In the Old app it was in the easily there and was super useful.

Sorting abilities in mobile app
When viewing all contacts/jobs in mobile app, it would very helpful to default it to "anybody" instead of having to toggle to it from assignee. Along with this, be able to sort in a descending or ascending order and sort by record id.

Add Address to Contact Screen
On update 1.18.0.2470 the address info is no longer visible on the contact/job record. This requires users to select "edit" in order to view the address. We need to be able to have all info available on the contact screen.
