  1. Have address auto-fill from Google Maps as it's being entered.

    We're migrating from Acculynx. Acculynx uses Google Maps and will auto-fill an address when we're entering a new lead's address. This is a benefit because 1) It makes our entries consistent, and 2) ensures we're going to the correct house.
    Please add this feature.

  2. Need fields for Bill To Address and Job Address - they are often not the same

    We need a Bill To Address and a Job Address as separate options since those addresses are many times different when dealing with a Commercial entities that are doing work for homeowners.

  3. Keep Pictures in order

    The pictures need to be able to move around and put in a certain order. As a veteran adjuster most adjusters put pictures in a certain order. Front elevation, right elevation, rear elevation, left elevation, roof, interior. This will make every file the same and can send pictures to adjusters and they can follow much easier.

  5. Make customer addresses have a clickable link to a map

    It would be awesome if you could click on the customers address and be able to see their location through either google maps, bing or any Navigation Software.

  7. Choose vendor location

    It would be great if we could choose what vendor location is getting our material orders. With Beacon they have many different locations that we use since we pull east and west coast materials for our branches. But when i place a material order it automatically chooses the closest branch the vendor has to us. This is causing an issue as we have a HUGE project going on right now and all of our orders go through to one branch we are not able to choose what branch gets the order, making our vendor then have to forward to proper…

  8. Manual entry of signed contract and a place to show the date signed

    With the new Required Signatures, and no longer needing to create a document for the signatures....there doesn't seem to be an option to manually put in a signature date for those that print their estimate proposal out and return it to us with a physical signature, rather than a digital signature. There is also no longer a field that shows us the date the estimate was signed like there used to be on the activity page under the documents.

    Can a field showing the date the estimate was signed be added back in somewhere?
    Also, can their be a way…

  9. Merged data in Contact/Jobs

    Intake, Contact & jobs should be combined data. Not entering the same information multiple times. When a contact comes up all the information is listed and jobs are listed underneath with the email and job nimbus correspondence. Multiple pages are not necessary and require additional work for the rep.

  10. DIFFERENT CONTACT TYPES, DIFFERENT CUSTOM CONTACT FIELDS

    Our company's custom contact types are:
    Customer (default), Builder, Remodeler, Subcontractor, Vendor, Vendor Inside Rep, Admin, etc.

    We built custom job workflows for the jobs under each contact type.

    We need different custom fields for each type. Currently, JN does not offer that.

    Can we please have a SEPERATE TAB for NOTES so that we can follow Chronologically with out searching through ALL the Activity.

  12. Be able to create a "pin map" in Google (through JN) for multiple jobs

    A feature I loved as a sales rep in Acculynx was the ability to select multiple jobs and have it create a pin map of the addresses on one map. This allowed me to set my route for the next day making it so I could more easily hit 10+ inspections in a day with the most efficient route!

  13. name is deleted when you press enter

    PLEASE make it so that when type a name in the search bar and press "enter" it stops deleting the information. This is an extremely frustrating design.

  14. Add One Click Button Options So Jobs Can Be Moved Through The "WorkFlow" Easier

    Please make it to where installers out in the field can CHANGE status of a job by a one click button option. Currently if a job is scheduled and they go and finish that job there is no way of admin knowing the job is complete without them @Admin in the notes section and physically typing "Job is complete" than the admin has to Manually drag the job from "Scheduled" tab to "Complate" tab. HUGE problem for us because a job thats complete might stay in the "scheduled" tag for weeks before someone relizes that jobs been done and has…

  16. Show Available Boards in Navigation (1 click to boards)

    Since you have moved the navigation menu to the top of the screen it would be nice to show the boards across the top of the screen. So if you have four boards the name of each would be listed so we don't have to click multiple times to get into a board.

  18. Autopopulate Contact Info to a Job

    When adding a job based of a contact, the data for that contact autopopulates, doesn't work the other way around, linking a contact to a job doesn't autopopulate the data, this would be a great feature and is something BuilderTrend has

    It would be helpful if there were a "UserName is also viewing this" notification if you open a job or try to edit an invoice/work order/estimate that another team member is using. We have had situations where edits were lost or communication crossed when two people were in a file at the same time. I do appreciate that multiple people can use a job at the same time, but a shared user notification would eliminate some issues.

  20. Quick estimates/material order using Hover 3d

    Quickly create estimates and material orders using Hover 3D ( Roofing, Siding, Paint, Stucco etc...) Similar to Leap or One click contractor. That feature will stream line the process of ever having to hand measure, or input numbers. A must feature. Jobnimbus will blow up with this feature.
