  1. View contact info in job

    Inside a job, I would like to see the primary contact's name, phone #, email address, etc. This would make things easier because you wouldn't have to leave the job screen to get that info. Plus, I am a Natural Forms user, and I cannot import those fields into my forms because they do not exist at the job level.

  2. Tiered contacts

    We have many contacts who all work for the same company, it would be nice when creating contacts that if we select the company that specific person works for, all the address info will auto populate for the new contact. Business/Company would be the main tier of contacts and individuals within that organization would be a sub tier. You could tie a job to an overall business or to a specific contact or both.

  3. Automatically create a job

    When creating a contact, it should have an option to select after all information is entered to select if I want to create a job for this contact and it pulls relevant information to the Job from the Contact. IE. : I create a contact, there would be a button at the end, next to SAVE that says "SAVE CONTACT AND ADD A JOB", then it would pull the address, phone number, custom fields into the job. making it an easier flow of use and less typing and clicking.

  4. Contacts Info transfers to Job when Job is created

    Hey,
    I think it would be extremely efficient if the contact information was transferred to the job when one is created directly from the contact.
    Information such as the email and phone number are not connected but the address and name automatically are seen as soon as a job is created.
    Please Help with this

  5. Contact into Job

    It would be great if when a Contact is created we could actually change the Contact into a Job?? It would be easier and not over populate the Job Nimbus as much with duplication of Customers.

  6. Mailing address for Customers

    The street address isn't always the same at the mailing address. We have several customers that have PO Box delivery or own rental properties. In such cases we need to be able to enter the work site address as well as the mailing address.

  7. Allow different email and phone on job

    I would like to see an additional email and phone number in the jobs. Some jobs under a contact might have a different person of contact from other jobs. Example of this would be, we are currently dealing with a large property management company that pays the bills, but has 3 managers that are in control of a certain amount of buildings. I would like to be able to leave the primary contact as the property management company with their information and then be able to put the specific managers info in the jobs for direct communication with them.   8. Conversation notes vs Individual Notes

    At present, notes are entered individually; and when someone "replies" to the note, one has to go find it somewhere in the Activity time line. It would be nice if there was a conversation feature whereby a note can be responded to or comments trails made a part of it (like a blog post) so one can reply to that note specifically.

  9. view all attachments in a job

    When we create a Job, it consists of One or more Tasks and potentially Sub-tasks. Tasks often have attachments related to the task and various notes.

    When you view a Job, one should be able to see all documents and notes related to the job. Probably a good way to implement this would be to have a checkbox that, when checked, would expand the list of items returned to include items in the job and everything below it.

  10. no job field limit

    Under "Job FIelds", we have Tile Colors as a "Field Name" Options List, and are only allowed 50 options. Tile comes in many brands and colors, and 50 isn't enough! Would like a limitless option of names we can enter.

  11. Jobs Sorted by date of Notes

    Is it possible to sort jobs on boards by date of last note entered? It would be beneficial to see jobs sorted by date of notes added to see progress or know when it was last checked.

  12. Contact board as default 'home screen'

    It would be really helpful if we were able to designate a board as a home screen for each person. We have different boards for different employees for their own workflow.
    Right now, you click into your board, and if you click on a customer it takes you to their profile. Then if you want to go back to your designated 'board', you have to click on contacts and then your board again which seems unnecessary since the program is slow moving as it is. It would be really helpful if there was a button on the side that was…

  13. Personalize the designated contact number

    There is a automatic number assigned to each contact-It would be nice to either be able to change that or add a field for a customer number that is searchable. Most businesses will assign customers numbers that makes sense with their system of doing things and it would be nice if there was a way to add a number that is also searchable. Currently adding a field for the job number is possible but we can not search the number and have it come up.

  15. show only activities, attachments,financials related to it's specific job

    We often have more than one Job that is related to a single customer. When you select one of the jobs, the interface should display only those items related to the job. It's really confusing when you view a job and see stuff from other jobs.

  16. Pin important Notes to top of activity

    It would be nice to be able to flag or pin important notes that would stay at the top of the activity so important items do not get buried

    Great idea! Thank you for your suggestion.

    The “Description” field on Contacts and Jobs is sometimes used as a “permanent note” that always stays at the top, but your idea will be great to have alongside that to make notes more dynamic and useful.

  17. Customer/Job number in Display Name

    There needs to be an option in General settings: Advanced options to add the customer or job number to the display name. I manually added ALL CUSTOMER NUMBERS to the display name, but in the future, this could be a make or break situation with this CRM. Also, it would eliminate the "duplicate" name situation as all names would have a unique number next to it.

  18. Printouts of Jobs without System Activity notes

    Our superintendents like to have hard copies (i.e. print outs) of their jobs, but currently, there are no filters/options available to print out a job without all the system activity notes (i.e. "Job was created" - Job updated from Customer Services --> Re-roof ,etc.).

    This filter would be highly useful for our roofers out in the field who may not have a JN account but who just need a copy of job info with contact info and activity notes made by users without the clutter of having to weed through irrelevant technical/system activity notes.

  19. Tab from one customer to the next

    Tab from one customer to the next.

    If I am on a customer's page (which shows their contact information and activity), I would like to be able to click on a "Next" button to go to the next, or previous, customer. That way, if a customer has more than one unit, I can move between their screens without having to go back out an type in a new search entry.

  20. Sticky Notes on Contacts/Jobs

    I wish there was an option to "STICKY" the notes especially important ones so I can see it easily on top of all the other notes/emails/etc in the lead profile. And preferably in BOLD so it stands out.
