Show contact phone and email addres on job record
Show contact phone number and email address on the job so we don't need to access the contact record to get the phone number and email address.

Keep Pictures in order
The pictures need to be able to move around and put in a certain order. As a veteran adjuster most adjusters put pictures in a certain order. Front elevation, right elevation, rear elevation, left elevation, roof, interior. This will make every file the same and can send pictures to adjusters and they can follow much easier.

Back to board improvements
It would be more beneficial if Jobnimbus kept track of the position you were in, on the previous screen. When using the "Back to Board" link on the to left. Instead it just works to reload the entire board.

Do not display unused fields when printing Contact
I only want to print contact Info and all of the fields' headings appear even when I uncheck the job and tasks and attachments.

In app chat
Would love a function where we can chat live within our company. We have several locations and the notes/@ function just clogs up emails and is not seen. If there was a feature to have a messenger type function that would make communication easier between companies and our guys/ladies in the field.

Manually able to enter Invoice Number or Job number on Estimates/invoices
I would like to be able to manually enter job numbers on invoices and estimates approved. We give numbers for multiple locations so this causes and issue. It's creating an invoice number that isnt' "real" so our customers are confused.

Enable entry of customers with the same name and not have to modify
We live in an area where many people have the same name. This creates a lot of difficulty for us when creating a new contact. We have to modify and it causes reporting issues for us. It would be great to have an "override" button for these customers.

Show boards on the app
Many people are out on job sites and do the majority of their electronic work out there on Ipads/phones. Through the app we have not found a way to view the job boards for a quick overview of our progress and move them across to show workflow. I am hoping that it will be possible to add a boards tab on the mobile app in the future.

Add checkbox next to phone # to indicate primary point of contact
The customer would like a checkbox next to a phone number to indicate it is the primarily point of contact of their customer.

Adding additional contact fields
I very often have clients with multiple emails and contact information. Who doesn't have more than one email? I also have clients with multiple properties and one property is normally the billing address. We may be working on a different address for the property but need to send info to the billing address. I also have a couple clients that like to involve other family members for information. In one instance I am working on a daughters house and dad is the contact but not the owner. I have another with an elderly woman and I go through her daughter…

Ability to Change Job Status in the List
In the list under "jobs", I would like to be able to change the status directly in the list instead of clicking on the 3 dots to change the status.

Pull Job costs into JobNimbus from Quickbooks
I have reps that want to view their job costs all the time, and this is an incredibly useful feature in Acculynx that JobNimbus is missing. Being able to look at a Job costs tab would be awesome!

Searchable field for Insurance Clam #
It would be so very helpful to have a searchable field dedicated to Insurance Claim # (We receive a myriad of calls from Insurance Companies, who only leave the claim # when they call and leave voice mail messages. Would help tremendously to be able to search by the claim # so we can locate a file much more quickly :-) Thank you!

Add column options on the report to allow you to pull job type, service type, assigned to (PM) and subcontractor.

Bulk delete on estimates, invoices, and work orders.
I would like to have the ability to click on multiple line items in an estimate, invoice, or work orders and delete them all at once. Right now we have to manually click on the X to the left of every item. This would save lots of time

Better way to build work orders with templates
I would like to add more than one saved template to the work order from the drop down template menu. this would allow us to compound the templates together on the work orders and build them faster.

Have address auto-fill from Google Maps as it's being entered.
We're migrating from Acculynx. Acculynx uses Google Maps and will auto-fill an address when we're entering a new lead's address. This is a benefit because 1) It makes our entries consistent, and 2) ensures we're going to the correct house.

Description field
Add the description field (or create a permanent field for) Job number so that it carries over to work orders, boards where the contact name is, and next to it is the document number but instead make it the description/job number field. It shows up on the front end documents and what not, but no to the boards, or the contact name.

Contact Work Flows All On One Screen
It would be nice to have each individual Contact Workflow show on ONE screen. Then you could scroll up and down and see each Workflow without having to go back and forth. And have a refresh button that would refresh all Workflows
