  1. Show contact phone and email addres on job record

    Show contact phone number and email address on the job so we don't need to access the contact record to get the phone number and email address.

  2. Pull Job costs into JobNimbus from Quickbooks

    I have reps that want to view their job costs all the time, and this is an incredibly useful feature in Acculynx that JobNimbus is missing. Being able to look at a Job costs tab would be awesome!

  3. Do not display unused fields when printing Contact

    I only want to print contact Info and all of the fields' headings appear even when I uncheck the job and tasks and attachments.

  4. Back to board improvements

    It would be more beneficial if Jobnimbus kept track of the position you were in, on the previous screen. When using the "Back to Board" link on the to left. Instead it just works to reload the entire board.

  5. Description field

    Add the description field (or create a permanent field for) Job number so that it carries over to work orders, boards where the contact name is, and next to it is the document number but instead make it the description/job number field. It shows up on the front end documents and what not, but no to the boards, or the contact name.

  6. Adding additional contact fields

    I very often have clients with multiple emails and contact information. Who doesn't have more than one email? I also have clients with multiple properties and one property is normally the billing address. We may be working on a different address for the property but need to send info to the billing address. I also have a couple clients that like to involve other family members for information. In one instance I am working on a daughters house and dad is the contact but not the owner. I have another with an elderly woman and I go through her daughter…

  7. Searchable field for Insurance Clam #

    It would be so very helpful to have a searchable field dedicated to Insurance Claim # (We receive a myriad of calls from Insurance Companies, who only leave the claim # when they call and leave voice mail messages. Would help tremendously to be able to search by the claim # so we can locate a file much more quickly :-) Thank you!

  8. Opt out subcontractors contact from required contact fields.

    Currently adding a custom contact field and making it a required field will also effect any contact added for subcontractors. These fields are not necessary for my subs and it would be great if we could opt those sub contact creations out of the required field. Such as making custom fields workflow specific.

  9. Sync jobs information to ship to in Quickbooks

    If you work for a General Contractor, you are going to have multiple job addresses for one contact. I would like to see the ship to in quickbooks sync with the job address in Job Nimbus

    Add column options on the report to allow you to pull job type, service type, assigned to (PM) and subcontractor.

  14. Add checkbox next to phone # to indicate primary point of contact

    The customer would like a checkbox next to a phone number to indicate it is the primarily point of contact of their customer.

  15. Contact Work Flows All On One Screen

    It would be nice to have each individual Contact Workflow show on ONE screen. Then you could scroll up and down and see each Workflow without having to go back and forth. And have a refresh button that would refresh all Workflows

  17. Days since last contact

    It would be very advantageous to have a Days Since Last Contact displayed on a job. That way any sales manager does not need to go into a job to look for the last email, text, or call made. It could simply be displayed on the job card or below the days in status stat. Having something stay in a status for a longer period of time is ok as long as a sales person is staying in touch with the homeowner or business owner. But right now I can't really track that stat and can't find a good way…

  18. Add @mention functionality to the Add Note section on the Create Contact screen

    @mentions currently don't work when adding a note from the Create Contact screen but it seems like it should function that way and would be very a convenient if it did.

  19. We would like the status of a job to change automatically to estimate once an estimate is in sent status.

    We would like the status of a job to change automatically to estimate once an estimate is in sent status. There is not an option for estimates and invoicing that I have found that can make this automation.

  20. We would like the job # to show up at the beginning of the job name automatically.

    We would like the job # to show up at the beginning of the job name automatically. We reference job #'s more than job names. We can have several similar jobs going on at one time and the job # before the name would help a lot without having to go in and edit each job name manually.
