  1. Custom Fields specific to Workflow Type

    It would be nice if they could have custom fields only visible if you select a specific workflow type. Like Insurance information only will show on a contact/job to be filled in if you use the Insurance Workflow

  2. Duplicate Work Orders

    I would like to be able to duplicate work orders like we can duplicate estimates. This will allow me to take a work order that our sales rep creates and duplicate it and edit it without loosing the original.

  3. View contact info in job

    Inside a job, I would like to see the primary contact's name, phone #, email address, etc. This would make things easier because you wouldn't have to leave the job screen to get that info. Plus, I am a Natural Forms user, and I cannot import those fields into my forms because they do not exist at the job level.

  5. Length of Time in Each Status

    User would like to be able to see the length of time a contact has remained in each status historically. So if the project is completed, the user wants to know how long that particular contact was in the status of lead, pending payment, etc.

  7. CREATE A MORE FUNCTIONAL CRM FEATURE!

    There needs to be a field for list view that allows you to see the last note, at minimum, but ideally all notes.
    When I click on a lead on page 8 I should be able to go back directly to the same place and NOT be routed to the first page. Same goes with boards. The lack of flow really slows down productivity and efficiency. Even free CRMs have this very basic function.

  8. Conditional Field for Contacts and Jobs

    The Job and Contact pages can be too long, especially with custom fields. It would be great to have conditional fields that only show based on previous selections.

    Example: If there is an Insurance Company listed, show insurance fields. If there is no Insurance Company listed hide insurance fields.

  9. Make the same documents accessible from both Contacts and Jobs

    I save Contacts then later make jobs from the contacts. If I save a contract under "Contact" documents I can only email/access the document from the Contacts tab. If I save a document to a "Job" saved under the same Contact I can only email/access a document that was saved under the Job tab. Can you access the same document from either tab or just where you saved it?

  10. Report on Contact Type

    Ability to set a contact as certain type as currently able to do. But then have the ability to specify that contact type into reports and documents. For example you could then specify that in a report you want the structural engineer associated in a job to be included in the report or document.

    When I email out of Job Nimbus The Time from Start to Sent is delayed alot. Sometimes more than 30 minutes or more!!Also Open Delay.

    User would like to be able to create a fillable form to send to customers and have the information gathered in that form auto create a new contact

  15. Make the longer custom field names go above the field instead of below

    Currently when you have a custom field with about 20 characters the name of the custom field will adjust to be below the field itself since there isn't enough room next to it.

    This can be confusing as the standard would be to have the name above.

  16. Multiple contacts with the same name

    Right now if I put in a new contact with the same name of an existing contact it won’t let me create it unless I change the way the name appears. There is not only 1 John Smith in the world. We should be able to add multiple contacts with same name without giving them some unique identifier.

  17. Automation for Status Change

    to have the automation for status changes with out having to move the job on the board. Example; once the work orders are complete it sends it in the next stage of the work flow, AR. Since the jobs don't have invoicing until the work is complete them it would make since for the job move to AR. Or, automation to move the job to closed once the invoice is paid in full by the client

    You can do this with the parent, but not the job workflow.

  18. accurate Budget and Financial Document conversions

    We have the ability to enter (our) cost and sell price on Products and services and even break down material and labor. Then we can use this to create an estimate. We can then convert this to a budget, work order and Invoice. But when converting to a budget, it would be nice to auto populate our expected cost and sell prices from our item lists to create the budget. When a budget is converted to a work order, it should pull the labor price from the item list. When it is converted to a material order, it should pull…

  20. Time-based status archiving

    There should be a way to have contacts within one status both active and archived, and after a designated number of days the contacts would automatically be archived (as opposed to having to create a separate archived status and automation)
