  1. Notifications Tab

    It would be awesome if there was a notification tab (maybe there is but I'm missing it?). Email and push is great but often I need to come back to a @mention or other notification later but can't. The notification tab would have all notifications with markers next to those that have yet to be checked.

  2. Improved Share / Client Portal

    Hey team,

    What I'm about to show you is top secret information. :) Thank me later.

    JN is not the only CRM out there. But, I cancelled my other CRM because I love the simplicity of JN. Nevertheless, JN NEEDS to give the ability for us contractors to put a LOGIN section on our website to allow customers to login and view certain details about their projects.

    This is a great example, thank you for sharing! We have many of these same ideas for improving our existing share feature and are working towards that.

    Thank you so much for sticking with us and for providing these great suggestions. I’ll be sure the dev team gets this info and can work towards making it happen!

  3. Insurance Claim # Integration in Emails - Feature Request

    It would be really nice to have the option to send adjusters emails with only the claim numbers as the subject and then have JN recognize it and associate the claim number with the appropriate job number. Not sure if there would be a way to have it as an option when sending emails but I have had a couple of emails bounce back because of the other items in the subject when sending to claims departments.

  4. Live Chat Room Among Users and JobNimbus Employees

    I wish JobNimbus had a Live Chat Room where Users and JobNimbus Employees could come & go, read questions that are posted and get instant help/feedback from colleagues.

    Maybe, JobNimbus could create a Yahoo chat room easily?

  5. List attachments in chronological order

    When emailing a customer and I go to attach a document, they aren't listed in chronological order. This makes finding files so much easier!

  6. Sending email to customers "from" user's email/company instead of JN

    I'd like an option to use my own email and or company name as the sender on emails out to my customers. Because my customers don't know JobNimbus, they get confused. Would be a smoother process to have it come from me instead.

  7. send text via website

    it would be great to be able to send a text from the website just like you can from the app. being that it is an option in the drop down list its odd that its not actually an option.

  8. A mail delivery failure notice if an email is sent to an invalid address or bounces.

    This is more urgent than general read receipts for financial documents because an unknown failed email can put us behind in our work or cause us to lose jobs.

  10. Thread or conversation feature on Job/Contact activity section

    Feature to reply to a comment posted in the activity center. When lots of ppl are working on a job or contact the activity section gets congested. Being able to have a single thread that you can reply to would help organize the activity section.

  11. Replies to automated emails

    When someone replies to an automated email the reply is just added to the customer/job from which the automation initiated.

    It would be great if the replay was also sent as an actual email to preferable the Sales Rep or Admin.

  12. Ability to turn off notifications at anytime desired by each user.

    I'm told our Techs are unable to turn off notifications that pop up at 2:30am in the morning.

    Notifications should be customizable.

  13. Track when a client opens estimates and invoices

    notifications when a lead or client opened a sent estimate or invoice. I currently use Joist App just for that reason

  14. Removing "Re: [JobNimbus]" from every reply through Gmail

    Every time a contact replies & our users reply back using Gmail (which is where we reply from, not in JobNimbus) it adds a new "Re:[JobNimbus]" for each reply, totaling up on a subject line making it visually unappealing/confusing to customers.

    If no plans for an Gmail integration in future, we would like to at least see this feature of lengthening the subject line removed please

  16. More than one email address per contact

    I'd like to "share" a file with someone else, but there is only 1 email address that can be assigned with a particular contact. For example an appraiser, public adjuster or attorney. Or for example I'd like to email State Farm and invoice or permit receipt, but have to manually enter the email address each time.

  17. Email recipients should include "Assigned To"

    When emailing a work order, I should be able to select whoever the order is assigned to from the recipient list.

  18. Create an Inbox or View of Emails Sent to @jobnimbusmail.com account

    The customer would like the ability to have an inbox or some view of emails sent to @jobnimbusmail.com account. Only workaround is to create a custom activity report to view these, currently.

    Ability to view emails to our jobnimbus mail address with no job # tag in the subject line

    have had several clients receive emails from me from within JN, then instead of replying, they copy our jobnimbus mail address and send to me with no job # - we never see those emails, they get lost in the interwebs...are we missing something or is there…

    Could you give us more information on what you are asking? Are you looking for something to merge contacts or something to send an email to all of your customers?

    You can integrate with MailChimp through Zapier and then create lists to email customers if that is what you are looking for.

  20. one click calling clients from within desktop

    Would be awesome if when working within the desktop version, office personell can click and call clients. Have no clue what it would take to make that happen, but JN does everything else-I believe you can do it! Thanks.
