  1. Mass emails to entire customer base, or customize-able groups within the database.

    I used to work in car sales, and our CRM was a bit more complex than job nimbus, but at a higher cost for the dealership to use. That being said, the CRM admin/Internet Manager could send out mass emails using the existing customer database. They could send a mass email to the whole list, or pick out certain criteria for a targeted email blast.

    It would make JobNimbus a far stronger competitor if this could be incorporated into its abilities. In our case, we are a roofing company. If we could customize a mass email blast to target, for…

  2. Upload Video to Email Template

    We would like to add a short "introduction video" of each of our salesmen to our "welcome email".

  3. Text and Call automatically logged into Jobnimbus.

    Have an option for all calls and text go through jobnimbus. So all text and text responds automatically attach to there file by phone number. Whenever in coming or out going call the note screen pops up to remind you to make a note. That would save time because everyone forgets to open Jobnimbus on there phone. This would improve effecieny.

  4. @Mention Report

    It would be really convenient if there was a report on my dashboard where I could see and acknowledge @mentions. Having to go through my email or mobile app is really cumbersome.

  5. Ability to edit the default email that's sent for e-signing

    I want to be able to update /customize the default email message that is sent with e-signature requests.

  6. Ability to type personal message when emailing invoices

    When we email an invoice through jobnimbus and the box pops up it does not give us the ability to type a personal message and send it. It only gives us the option to use a template email. Our team would like the ability to type a small personal message per customer.

  7. We need to be notified when email is received. We need to have the option for texting automation or texting from the desk top.

    We need to have the options of sending and receive texting via desk top. A lot of our customer preferred texting. Have the task text to you. For tracking email we should receive a text with a notification.

  8. Avoid email chains from appearing in @mention replies

    The @mention feature should send an email to the user mentioned from a DONOTREPLY email address. The email should contain a button or link they can click on to reply. The objective here is to isolate the user's response from the body of the email chain so that it doesn't post the whole email chain into JobNimbus. Furthermore, Coming from a DONOTREPLY email address means that if someone tries to reply to the email directly by mistake, the user will be notified that their response was rejected and have another opportunity to submit their reply the correct way.

  9. Allow for mentions to be used in descriptions for attachments

    I would like o be able to tag someone with an @ mention inside the description of an attachment or photo

  10. Jobnimbus coding embedded in emails

    Currently Jobnimbus has Coding at the end of outgoing emails [jnid:xxxxx]. Please remove this coding or hide it in HTML so that is is not visable in the email.

  11. Email sent from JN not looking professional

    Right now if I want to track emails to customers it has to be sent from within JN app. It would be great as one of the posts is suggesting to be able to send emails using our own native email account and still log it within JN.

    But if that’s not possible PLEASE PLEASE. It’s time you make the email templates easier to use and be able to add a nicer email signature. Right now no logo image can be added to the signature and only simple text.

    The screen options to send an email are so basic and…

  12. the ability to text customers and texting templates.

    We would really love to give our customers quick updates and reminders to their mobile phones through a text message. It would also be great if we could create these texting templates like we would for a document or an email, and have fields that can auto-poplulate with contact field information.

  13. remove buttons on top dashboard or inactivate them

    The buttons on the dashboard that runs across, where you can add a contact, job or task. These buttons do not attach jobs or tasks to the customer. It is creating jobs with out customers, and creating a big mess in Nimbus.

  14. Notifications Tab

    It would be awesome if there was a notification tab (maybe there is but I'm missing it?). Email and push is great but often I need to come back to a @mention or other notification later but can't. The notification tab would have all notifications with markers next to those that have yet to be checked.

  15. Ability to adjust line spacing on document templates

    I'd like to be able to adjust the line spacing within the document templates rather than having to copy/paste from a Google Doc to get it right. There should be something built in to the template along the toolbar that allows for line spacing adjustments.

  16. Change color of email forward when emails are not attached in jobnimbus.

    Change color of email forward when emails are not attached in jobnimbus. Currently the notification box is green like all other email notifications. To help quickly identify if the email was not attached I recomend a red box be used to draw attention.

  17. Sending email to customers "from" user's email/company instead of JN

    I'd like an option to use my own email and or company name as the sender on emails out to my customers. Because my customers don't know JobNimbus, they get confused. Would be a smoother process to have it come from me instead.

  18. Ability to remove or change company name associated with email for

    I would like to remove the company name showing next to the email address. I have an automation set up to send an email and would not like that to be included.

  19. Custom fields-Search bar

    Since we have custom fields like "Claim #", insurance company name, etc., it is currently not searchable using the JobNimbus search bar. We send emails using the claim number only as that is how they accept emails. When they reply I have no way of knowing which customer it is as there is no link to that customer file in email for review OR i cannot search it in our searchable bar on job nimbus by claim number or company it is with. Can this please be fixed?

  20. E-Signature through email natively through JobNimbus

    This is our single most requested (and pain point!) item from a technical standpoint. It's 2019, virtually every CRM platform has the ability to offer E-Signatures through their platform to sign estimates.

    Having to ask clients to print and scan or take a picture of their signed estimate is terrible and bogs down the process. Not to mention comes across as unprofessional and behind the times in this day and age.
