Email replies and email templates in Jobnimbus
Email replies with email templates erase the subject line in email. it would be nice if I had the option to retain the original subject line without having to copy paste this as i do now.

More Email Styling options
I'd like to have a lot more styling options in the emails.
Bullets,
-Custom email signatures for each employee,
-Font sizes
-Attach directly in email (rather than having to upload every single thing to the customer's file first)

Limited view of email on mobile app
When viewing a longer email, it doesn't allow you to see the whole thing on the mobile app. Can we make this limit either a) go away or b) larger than it currently is.

We have been noticing some emails are not syncing properly with JobNimbus vs. Gmail
We have been noticing some emails are not syncing properly with our Gmail accounts. In some cases the emails are only coming to our JobNimbus gmail notificaitons but are not showing in the client chart. We have also noticed several instances where our emails will stack in gmail and cause us to miss or again not sync with the client file in JobNimbus. I wanted to see if this is something that has been seen in other instances as well.

Should not have to ask customers to hit "Reply All" on emails
My only ‘concern’ with this process is we have no control over making sure a customer hits ‘reply all’. I trust this is something that this is something that will change soon. It sounds like a significant area of opportunity.

Make custom email fields fully functional
Add an option to custom job fields to indicate if the field we've created is an email address; so that JobNimbus will let us select it as the recipient address when sending an email from the Job.

Arrange the email tab in contacts/job to be consistent with industry standards
Currently when choosing to email a contact from their contact card, the first thing that populates is the text field of the email. We often times forget to input the subject line because it is underneath the text field. It would be more beneficial if the email box was laid out like a traditional email . First selecting which contact we are sending to then the subject line and finally the text that is going to be input into the body of the message.

JobNimbus @mentions Notification Issue
I know JN changed email providers/services after the 1st of the year. This has made a huge negative impact on us, the end users. When we @mention someone, the email notifications have just stopped. I spoke with JN Support who advised there was a major issue with the email automation system since the switchover. This really slows down productivity and effectiveness of using JobNimbus.
JobNimbus, when will this major issue be resolved?

Allow for mentions to be used in descriptions for attachments
I would like o be able to tag someone with an @ mention inside the description of an attachment or photo

PROPOSAL "VIEWED" & PROPOSAL "ACCEPTED" PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
Our previous CRM had the best feature and we miss it very badly and need it at Job Nimbus. When we email a proposal to a customer, change order, work order etc the second they open and view the proposal I and any team member assigned gets an IMMEDIATE push notification on our phones that says "Proposal Viewed" and then another one "Proposal Accepted". This automatically tells me 2 things
1) They for sure seen my proposal
2) Now I know I can follow up with them and see if they have any questions on the proposal I sent them…6 votes -
Edit History for Notes
There should be a way to view the edit history of a note. If an edit is made to a note now, there is no way to view what the note used to contain.

Mass emails to entire customer base, or customize-able groups within the database.
I used to work in car sales, and our CRM was a bit more complex than job nimbus, but at a higher cost for the dealership to use. That being said, the CRM admin/Internet Manager could send out mass emails using the existing customer database. They could send a mass email to the whole list, or pick out certain criteria for a targeted email blast.
It would make JobNimbus a far stronger competitor if this could be incorporated into its abilities. In our case, we are a roofing company. If we could customize a mass email blast to target, for…

@Mention Report
It would be really convenient if there was a report on my dashboard where I could see and acknowledge @mentions. Having to go through my email or mobile app is really cumbersome.

Problem with links
When copying and pasting a hyperlink as a Note, it almost never works when you have more text before or after the link. The system detects the beginning and end of the hyperlink incorrectly and forces you to manually copy and paste it in order to open it.

Multiple email addresses in the main email field?
Sort of related to having more than one active email field...but I just came across this while integrating with QuickBooks.
We have several clients for which we have 2 email addresses in the field (separated by a comma), and when we email their invoices to them, it goes to both emails automatically.When updating a contact record that had 2 emails from QuickBooks, I had to remove an email address to be able to save it because it only allows one.

Subcontractor's email address added to recipients in Note
I want to be able to see a subcontractor's email address alongside the assigned team member's email addresses after assigning the subcontractor to the Contact, that way I can email the sub without relating them to the Contact.

Exclude notifications when emails are forward from chosen email addresses
Currently our office forwards documents into our Jobnimbus account. Our sales reps are notified upon each email that is forwarded into the account with no way to limit the notification from Jobnimbus of the email. It would be great if there wasa list of emails we could add that if email is forwarded from x address that the system does not send a notification to the sales reps on the contact/job.
