  1. @mentions have a "Like" or "Seen" function

    I'd really like to have a "like," "seen," or "thumbs up" feature available for when a person is tagged/@mentioned in a note. This way when I @mention them in the note, I don't have to verbally follow up with them to ensure they saw my @mention.

  2. Text from desktop options

    Have the option to text our clients from the desktop version a lot of people prefer to have text contact as opposed to email or phone. Also, when they are speaking with people from the office they do not want their phone # tied to the text.

  3. Allow CC and BCC fields in emails

    CC & BCC fields are a must.

    Also:
    In any email format, the team members' and subcontractors' email addresses to be available as an option.

    Or, a contact list so we just need to click the recipients instead of typing the address in every single email.

    As of now, in the job section, only the listed primary email, sales rep, assigned and related contact available.

    We communicate regularly with vendor reps, subcontractors, and team members as admin and project managers.

    The ability to change the outgoing email from the @jobnimbusmail.com email to their company email.

  5. Customer communication inbox

    JobNimbus should have a notification Center per user like a inbox that lets us know we have had incoming emails, communication or responses from any clients or internal notes/ mentions. We Should not have to go into customer each individual to check for email or communication.

    It would be nice if our jobs to have a notification alert or one main inbox of any communication by our clients without having to click on each customer to see if any recent activity.

  7. Ability to for users to only see their email templates

    Ability to have each employee see only their own email signature template as opposed to seeing everyones email templates.

  9. Notification flag displaying the number of unread messages on both the desktop and mobile app

    A simple notification flag showing the number of unread messages would be extremely helpful to prevent @mentions and new notifications from being missed. Most apps that facilitate correspondence are using them. (Think imessage or the default email app icon that's on the home screen of your phone). Notification settings, such as banners and sounds, aren't sufficient for staying on top your correspondence. This flag should also live at the top of the page inside the desktop version.

  10. Notifications alerts on on website

    When a mention or task is assigned the only notification we currently receive is via email and/or an alert from the app. Employees are inundated with emails and app notifications it would be nice to have a recent notifications icon that would show you recent mentions. I have had to create a separate folder in their emails so they get routed so they can keep up with their mentions so they can respond appropriately. Competitors software we had before had this feature that was extremely useful. We can be active on the website and there is absolutely no notification within…

  12. @metnions visibility

    Should be able to see the @mentions on the desktop version like a feed where the tasks are. I can turn on and off Contacts, estimates, invoices, My tasks, there should be an option to see @mentions and then clear them after you have read and taken care of it.

    I would like to export the full and complete Call Log in Whatsapp.

    Please note the chat export only exports a record of Missed Calls.

    Have setting to customize subject tracking to job numbers only. Would be helpful if we have several property mangers over different contacts with jobs.

  16. (Contact #1234) Shouldnt be in the subject line of an email

    (Contact #1234) Shouldnt be in the subject line of an email.
    Instead, it should be more personal and should have the customers name.
    "Jane Doe, Thank You for being our customer!!", Not CONTACT 1234, Thank You for being our customer.

    __________Sent Estimate 1234 for you to SIGN
    When sending an estimate, it should say "(Company Name) I.e. Joes Roofing, sent you Estimate 1234 for your review. In the bottom where it says to sign as well, that should also be eliminated. Its too aggressive.

    I sent a mockup email to myself to test out what these emails look like when…

  17. Spell check!

    I think that spell check and grammar check would be CRUCIAL in emails to the customer. I type Fast, and sometimes I may miss a letter, or may not have the proper grammar for certain sentences and second guess myself if it sounds professional.

    I would LOVE the opportunity to have those apart of my services so I don’t have to copy and paste my templates to my Microsoft word to get that benefit before I send out a professional email that reflects directly on my business.

  18. A notifications tab in the top where notifications sent by email/push are saved that directs to the task, job, or contact with Job Nimbus

    From time to time our guys will get notifications by both email and push notifications, but when they click on it they are not directed to the actual source of the notification.

    We believe that a notification tab similar to that of Facebook, or other platforms that saves and directs recent notifications that will allow our guys to look back on all of those in one place.
