Saved Line Items Per Templates
I want to save line items per template so I do not have to enter in the same information every time I want to make an estimate.

You’re in luck! That’s already a feature built into Estimates, Work Orders, and more.
We suggest you create a ‘dummy’ job to build your saved estimates so you know where they are when you need to edit them and they won’t easily be tampered with by accident.
1. On the dummy job/contact, go to create an estimate like normal.
2. Add your line items for the estimate you’d like to save. Our “Saved Estimates” system will save the item names, descriptions, cost, price, the order they’re in, and the customer and internal notes at the bottom so fill out as much as you would like.
3. Once you’re done, you’ll see there’s a checkbox at the bottom right that says “Add to Saved Estimates”. Click that checkbox and then you’ll be prompted to add a name to this saved estimate to help distinguish it.
4. Then just save your estimate like normal.
The next time you go to create an estimate, you’ll now see a new dropdown menu called “Saved Estimates” at the top, and choosing this estimate from the list will auto-populate it with all the corresponding items. What’s really cool is that you can still edit anything on this estimate without it affecting the master saved estimate, so you can make any changes as necessary without worry.
If you ever need to edit your saved estimates, go back to that dummy job and edit each estimate as necessary.
Let me know if you need any more guidance on this and enjoy!
