I know of the best company to provide Aerial Roof Measurements, other than Eagle View.
Eagle View is superb, but, I have worked with a company that provides the same quality of service at 40% less in pricing. -

I'd also look into Cloud Take-off since EagleView gets billed at a per location rate. The take-off requires some effort from the contractor but the savings can be significant in the long run.

google earth maps has a measuring tape which is very useful, especially for budget quoting roofs.l

Aeriologics is another roof measurement company. Probably worth considering.
