Collect Payments on Invoices (mobile app payments, button/link, etc)
Add a payment acceptance method to the JobNimbus mobile app for reps to accept payments on site.
Include link/button in invoice when emailing for customer to pay using available options (credit/debit card, PayPal, Square, Swipe, etc).

Done! Just follow this link to turn on Payments, which will include a “Payment” button on all of your invoices for your customers to make bank transfer or credit/debit card payments: https://app.jobnimbus.com/customeradmin/Settings.aspx?autotab=payments&enabled=true
We will be adding this feature to the mobile app very soon so your reps will be able to take payments right on the job site.

Any idea if/and when this will get done? This would be a game changer for sure. The ability to streamline the collections where customers can follow a link/button to make payments should be at the top of the list. I really hope this is in the works really soon because it is truly the one thing that has us thinking of changing to a different program because we spend so much time processing payments over the phone when we could be more focused on the daily tasks at hand and not to mention how convenient it would be for the customers to make payments after hours for reason of their work schedules or any other issues. Its a must in today's world and I really hope it will be implemented soon.

I believe cat meant the first part, as in we need the ability to have customers pay us via nimbus. payment acceptance methods.

The lack of this feature is what kept me from using JobNimbus. Then I found I could invoice in Quickbooks Online and it would sync. But that only works for very simple invoices and is still a real hassle!!
ePay of Invoices; a button in the email, no logging in, just pay.
Credit Card processing / payment of invoice on the mobile app is equally important!! It is a great opportunity to collect payment immediately when possible. -

Having options to change and customize the payment options available in JN to method of payments we take. Also add a credit payment option when we add a credit for issues.

Integrate with Stripe so customers can pay online or at job location with credit card.
