Clock in and out through JobNimbus on each individual job
The most crucial part of doing business is having the ability to track labor hours. JobNimbus software can do everything except this basic task. Right now, our labor hours are put in manually to a spreadsheet and sent over to me and there are so many problems with this system. Workers are able to claim more hours than they work. The time it takes to convert this to paychecks is a waste of my company's time and energy. We lose out on hundreds and thousands of dollars a year because of liberties taken with pay. And importantly, because these spreadsheets are only sent to me every two weeks, I am paying for materials before I know how much money is going to paychecks, which makes projecting and tracking money accurately nearly impossible.
There needs to be a way for my workers to clock in and clock out of a job through the tabs on the job they're working on so I can track 1) what job they're getting paid for, 2) how long they're actually there so I'm not over or underpaying, and 3) so I can immediately see how much money is going out in labor COMBINED with how much money is going out in materials.
