Automation triggered by email to change status
We want to be able to have a contact status move by automation when they send us an email. We have had a few repeat customers email us after they have been in "lost" or "archived" and there isn't a way to create an automation to put them back in lead status so we don't miss out on the sale. Ex: when email is created and status is equal to lost, change status to lead.
This has been an infrequent ask, so with current priorities, it will not be added at this time.
