Update to JobNimbus Payment Screen for custom amounts
Right now when a customer clicks to pay through their invoice a box pops up for them to enter their method of payment and then they click next to complete the payment. Often we have clients that want to make a payment of a different amount than what is on their invoice. In order to do that they have to click the back button and then they can enter in the amount they want to pay.
I include these instructions in my emails to clients but often they are overlooked and their are no instructions on the payment screens as to how to pay a different amount than what is on their invoice. We then send refunds to clients for the overpayments.
Is this planning to be fixed in the near future?
This was improved in the new checkout experience.
