Engage Email Notifications
We would like to be notified via email when we receive a text via engage.
This is best completed by using the notification center and installing the JobNimbus mobile app. Email is the least read form of communication, which would means that emailing about a text is not a best practice and won't be added.

Our office staff are monitoring replies to automated text messages and do not use the app, but use the web version. It is MUCH easier for them to see an email come in than to use the notification icon on the web browser. This is an important piece of customer service for companies like ours who use administrative staff on computers.

I need my team to receive an email notification when a text message is received from a customer through Engage, but the automation that allows that also sends an email notification when a text message is sent to a customer through Engage. Please add a modifier to automations to select text message received vs text message sent.
