If Document Upload Fails, display failure message
Currently, if a document doesn't upload, there is no error code displayed. I would like to see if my document fails to upload. It is confusing that there is nothing shown when it fails.

This has been an infrequent ask, so with current priorities, it will not be added at this time, but will be considered if additional requests are made.
