The "subject" is listed wrong for my idea. When you are looking at the customers job, when you are on the dashboard page of the job there needs to be a spot for important information to go instead of having to scroll through the activity page looking for it. See my screenshot for an example of where I am talking about putting this "important information box" This would help either the sales rep, PM, financial personnel, etc. For example if the customer is going to be out of town, a certain painting color/stain, color of shingles/metal for a roof, color of decking, etc.
