If a commission is marked as a percentage of Gross and also paid, and then the gross value changes, it alters the amount of the payment. This needs to be lockable. So the amount paid does not change. Probably need to list another field or something to illustrate that the amount paid is not the percentage indicated. But the paid commissions need to not change unless manually changed.
