If the quantity of an item on a material order (SRS) contains a decimal, the system does not automatically round that number up, and ultimately prevents the user from placing the material order. The pop-up notification given simply states, "There was an error submitting the order", this causes confusion and does not provide the reason or solution.

The Order Preview does list a Note which states, "This supplier only accepts quantities that are whole numbers. Any quantities that were not whole numbers have been rounded up to the nearest whole number." Again this would cause confusion as the user would assume that is informational and does not require the number to be manually updated to a whole number.
