Unify Assignees Across Contact/Job Creation Methods in Jobs V2
With Jobs V2, there are a few ways that a contact and job can be created, but they have different behavior for how they assign Sales Rep and Assignees. This creates confusion when field/sales users use the mobile method more often than the other methods and so do not have an expectation of needing to add the data later.
On Web, Home -> Contact List -> Create Contact generates the large contact form and pre-fills the Assignee in the form as the person who is adding it.
On Web, The Blue "Create +" Button doesn't have any fields for sales rep or assignee for Contact, and does not auto-assign either. For Jobs, it has both fields but does not auto-populate, or require them (it is also not possible to require them).
On iOS, when pressing the green "+ New Job" button in the lower right corner, it doesn't have fields for these, but it does make the assignments automatically for Contact>Sales Rep, Job>Sales Rep, Job>Assignee.
It would be great if these could be unified in a way that provides more clear control and expectation for what happens.

Definitely need this done. We're having issues with reps creating contacts but being locked out of their own contact. Changing the individual user settings for access would open up all contacts in the system to every rep, which we don't want.
